John Dickerson: Here is the tone difference between the two campaigns. The Romney people feel like they are on the march. They feel like, particular in a state like Ohio, they feel like things are getting better. They're moving. They are taking advantage of good opportunities, and the candidate feels buoyant. CBS News and "60 Minutes" reporter Lara Logan has lambasted the Obama administration for pushing what she called the "major lie" that the Taliban has been weakened in Afghanistan by the U.S. military.
