The 2012 presidential election is still more than two weeks away, but on Friday a CBS News affiliate in Arizona called the race for President Barack Obama.
For 17 seconds, Phoenix, Arizona CBS News affiliate KPHO ran a lower third graphic that showed that Obama had won the Nov. 6 election over Gov. Mitt Romney with 99% of the precincts reporting. The lower third graphic appeared around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, during an episode of The Peoples Court.
The CBS News graphic showed Obama winning the election with 43 percent of the vote nationwide to Romneys 40 percent - or 40,237,966 votes to 38,116,216. It is unclear who garnered the other 17 percent in the fictional election results.
KPHOs general manager did not return The Daily Callers request for comment by time of publication.

There was an earlier thread on the same thing.

Every body can have a dream. I would recommend that their programmer put down the crack pipe and try a dose of reality.
Who ever was responsible for this lowlife propaganda (not error) should be fired ASAP.
Found this on twitter

We'll see who's right. ;-)
17%, that’s Ross Perotian.
So let me get this straight..Obama ONLY gets 43 percent of the vote and still wins LOL..My math skills aren’t the best in the world but let’s see how this works out..Obama gets 43 percent, Romney gets 40 percent and Im supposed to believe that 17 people vote for someone else..COME ON..something doesn’t smell right here
Something smells....
I thought that a number of years ago this sort of thing was made illegal or something. Or was it exit poles? I don’t know.
I’m really starting to dislike a huge number of people in this country. They are really disappointing. They’re dragging all of us down the tubes with their lawlessness and thievery.
The end of good things comes when there is more evil in men than good. At least that's what I've heard.
All this just goes to show that the MSM really has abandoned any pretext of impartiality. They are so deeply in the tank, they give Yellow Journalism a bad name.
Mitt is perfectly correct to treat them like the enemy. They are.
LOL!
But the libs are so dumb they will now think the chicago thuggee won and will stay home.

Eternal Vigilance of Free Republic apparently got 17% of the vote. However, he is claiming that he actually got 98% but was robbed by a Republican conspiracy.
Doesn’t he get expelled for two weeks and have to write 5,000 sentences for waving that thing in front of people?
Do we have zero tolerance or don’t we damn it?

BWAHAAHAH ....MY GOD DANNY’S BAAAAAACK, and they got him.
‘..COME ON..something doesnt smell right here’
Has the distinct odor of Libtard shill, here Sarah.
Likely not, could be, but not likely. I’m a techie at a TV station and this has always been one of my fears - test numbers going on air! We actually did have an un-election related crawl go on air during testing after a software upgrade. I ALWAYS type something that won’t get me fired. This stuff DOES happen, usually innocently.
