Just waiting for a Federal judge to declare this attack unconstitutional and order the immediate rebuilding of the Iranian nuclear sites.

I was thinking the same thing. Stupid woke judges.

There is no evidence from credible sources indicating that MOPs were used in combat against North Korea during that time.

You still trust the so-called experts? They lied about everything but you still believe they/them? Ain’t that a shame. Who’s to blame.

Science is the belief in the ignorance of the experts. Richard Feynman

Trump blew up Little Rocket Man’s mountain in 2018 with a couple of MOPs. It is time to do the same with the Mullahs’ mountain fortresses. Maybe use the sekrit Meteor gun this time.

One remote problem with a strike though. Iran could store a subcritical mass in Fordow and/or Natanz. This way a strike could bring the uranium together to become critical and melt down to the water table. The subsequent steam explosion would be ~10 times worse than Chernobyl. Low probability event but plausible.

Iran can never possess a nuclear weapon, never. They tested a design that works and they have ~400 kg of weapons grade uranium. They have used breeder reactors to produce plutonium too.

  • The world could experience a year above 2°C of warming by 2029

The Hunga Tonga volcanic eruption in Jan. 2022, resulted in an increase of global temperatures of 0.4 C, as much as the 30 year anomaly in satellite derived temperatures. If one natural event can cause warming equal to that of the 30 year record, what does that say about the supposed warming from rising CO2?
Hunga Tonga has dissipated and global temps should decrease in the next two years. The current +0.8 C anomaly should drop back to +0.4 C. +2.0 C above the 30 year average is not a reasonable projection. But these climate alarmists are not reasonable. They won’t tell you about Hunga Tonga. All it takes is one significant volcanic eruption to disrupt the equilibrium. But the climate has a wonderful way of bringing balance back into the system.
CO2 levels were 10-15 times higher in the past paleoclimate record and Earth did not suffer from a runaway greenhouse effect. If it did, we wouldn’t be here to talk about it.

I did enjoy “Oblivion” and parts of “War of the Worlds” except it was just too bloody

War of the World (1994) was a great remake. I liked to depiction of how the public would react to an EMP attack. I can’t wait for Dead Reckoning Part Two.

No one is being actually raped in digital photos.

I guess you are uninformed about the countless victims who committed suicide after their intimate images (or deep fakes) were posted to the Internet without permission. Copyright laws are important and nobody should suffer because of the irresponsible (sociopathic) behavior of others.

    Next step, revoke Section 230.

So Joseph Smith used a seer stone to translate heiroglyphics from the angel Moroni into the Book of Mormon? That’s pretty fantastic.

Then there is Scientology. Supposedly, 75 million years ago, an alien being brought billions of his people to the Earth and killed them with thermonuclear weapons. These alien spirits (thetans) still inhabit the Earth and can cause spiritual harm. When a person is free from the influence of the thetans, they achieve the status of “Clear.” Fascinating.

I had a KoC member, (a grand poobah or some rank, a guy I worked with) face red with rage, wagging his finger in my face, yelling at me (at work) that I shouldn’t be following the Bible because it was going to get me into trouble.

It was quite the enlightening experience.

Yes, I talked with a couple of KoC members too. I was impressed with the organization but not with their knowledge of the scriptures, Isaiah 61, Isaiah 53, Psalm 22. They had bo idea what I was talking about.

All adaptations are is trait breeding. Animal husbandry 101. It just occurs in nature without human intervention.

But it is more likely with human intervention. Look at horses and cows, hybridization has produced many subspecies compared with those found in the wild. Then there is, gain-of-function.

    Let me guess....Knights of Columbus?

Yes, Knights of Columbus, protecting the word of God. Sounds pretty cool but after talking with a few members, I found that their knowledge of the scripture was wanting. Isaiah 53? Isaiah 61? Psalm 22? No idea.

All adaptations are is trait breeding. Animal husbandry 101. It just occurs in nature without human intervention.

Hybridization accounts for the wide distribution in traits of domesticated species, for example, horses, dogs, etc. Humans can provide an additional forcing to the environment, manipulating micro-evolution. It occurs in nature but is much more frequently found in domesticated animals.

But no species can be hybridized into a new species. The definition of speciation provided by the “experts” is highly flawed.

Evolution is inextricably tied to inheritance.

Darwin basic theory now accepted by most Christian religions.

Evolution is very limited in scope. Random mutation with environmental forcing leads to variations within species (adaptation). There is an overwhelming probability against the DNA molecule forming from complex proteins through spontaneous self-organization. [1] The self-replicating RNA molecule is irreducibly complex and its origin cannot be explained by evolution alone. [4]

Was Mary there when Melchizedek, king of Salem, blessed Abram? Jesus said, “before Abraham was, I AM.” Was Mary present with Christ in the fiery furnace? Was she there in the beginning, when God said, “Let us make man in our image”?

Nobody says or implies that she was or she had any type of pre-existence. She is not divine, but a human being like the rest of us, albeit with special graces befitting her utterly unique role in the salvation of the world. This is not of her own doing, but by the grace of God.

OK, just checking. Mary was highly favored by God as the chosen vessel to bring salvation to the world by Jesus Christ, our Lord. Henceforth, all generations will call her blessed.

Any doctrine that diminishes the deity of Christ is in error.

There is no Catholic doctrine about Mary that diminishes the deity of Christ in any way, including her accurately being called the Mother of God.

How does it go? Holy Mary, Mother of God ... Seems to diminish the role of Christ. When Jesus Christ died for our sins, the veil of of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom, signifying that we have direct access to the throne of God.
We do not need an intermediary to intercede for us. We have Christ in us, the hope of glory. We are saved by grace through faith, not of ourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, so no one can boast. Study the scriptures to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Don’t rely on the interpretation from others, see for yourself. Knowing this first, that no prophesy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the Catholic faith, brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. But I think that some hold to the tradition that studying the scriptures for themselves, is somehow dangerous.

That’s the second mention I’ve seen on this thread of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. What a great movie. If nothing else, it was like a time machine back to 1960’s era Hollywood/LA — very realistic.

Yes, I was impressed with the acting. That scene in the bar where DiCaprio gets his lines right? I watched that scene over and over. And the alternate timeline at the end? Yep, like a time machine. Brad Pitt’s character was such an easy going dude, even when things went sideways.
In retrospect, everything changed after the summer of ‘69, six days before Woodstock.
