Doesn’t Marco Rubio have the same problem as Ted Cruz?

If so, then it doesn’t matter how they are doing in the polls. Ted Cruz is being challenged on his eligibility and rightly so. I like the guy but he should have never entered the race, knowing this albatross was around his neck. And if Marco Rubio thinks the DemocRATS won’t challenge his eligibility, should he get in second place, he is delusional.

Who’s lying? The authors of this piece or the unions?

I like Ted Cruz but that is funny right there!

You know, I’m not on the Trump Train, simply because I don’t trust the guy. He says great things that I agree with but I question whether he is truly a conservative.

Having said that, these stories about his support, about how he’s about to implode, how “any day now” he’s going to collapse onto himself (much like a star collapses and becomes a black hole) are getting a bit tiresome.

The man keeps climbing in the polls and I believe he has touched a nerve that has bothered many Americans, across the political spectrum.

Americans, both D & R and those supposedly in-between, are tired of illegal aliens streaming across our borders with no accountability, bringing crime, diseases and a general disrespect for the rule of law yet demanding that we allow them to “come out of the shadows”.

Those same Americans are also tired of being told that they are somehow “Islamophobic” for simply wanting to keep their country from becoming Sharia-compliant. Given recent events of ISIS-sympathetic people committing acts of violence against Americans and citizens of other countries, these same Americans are tired of being told that they are bigots for not wanting so-called “refugees” from parts of the world that are sympathetic to Islam being practiced in its “true” form.

Those same Americans have had it up to the moon with America and “free trade”. Now, I’ll admit I’m not that up to speed on the arguments for and against. I believe regulations, taxation and unions play a part in the discussion (mostly for free trade) but one thing I am tired of is going to my local any-store and seeing “Made In China” on dang near everything. What? We can’t make notebooks, pens, paper and steno pads? We can’t make tables, chairs, sofas and loveseats? We can’t make jeans, t-shirts, shoes and socks?

I believe this is why Donald Trump enjoys such high and, I’ll dare say, rabid support among his supporters. He’s a business man, not a politician so many believe he will actually do what he says he will do. For the sake of the country, if he gets the nomination, barring any GOPe dirty tricks, let’s hope he will make America great again.

Instead of worrying, why not ... oh, I don't know ...

DO SOMETHING! Instead of selling wolftickets, how about putting up a real resistance and putting a stop to this man, regardless of what the media says about you!

See. This is precisely why Donald Trump is surging the way he is. This man speaks boldly, pulls no punches and many believe he will do what he says he will do.

This is just an observation; I still haven't got to the point where I trust Donald Trump just yet but I do like what he's saying. I sincerely hope he means what he says about illegal aliens (all of them, not just the so-called "good" ones), about Muslim immigration and about wanting to make America great again.

It’s great that Mr. Trump is saying this about the socialist.

Now, he needs to spend some time educating Americans on socialism and communism.

Thanks to years of public school and college “education”, LameStream Media propaganda and Hollywood “romanticism”, most of these kids flocking to Bernie and Hillary only think about the free stuff they think they will get from these big government types.

They don’t know the history of socialism and its philosophy of “let the bodies hit the floor” to uphold it. It’s time for Americans to get the truth about it. Since Mr. Trump can get the media to print every word he says, he can do this.

Don’t count on that.

The Mexican govt receives millions, if not billions in remittances from their citizens who are here illegally. We, thanks to our so-called leaders in both parties, are Mexico’s welfare program and they don’t spend a dime for this “program”.

Do you really think they are going to rock the boat?

Exactly.

It could be. One thing is for certain: I’m not voting for another Bush. Lesson learned. Enough of these political dynasties!

Nevertheless, should Donald Trump get messed over in this primary season and be denied the nomination because of “smoke-filled, back room deals” of the GOPe, he had better be ready to renege on his “promise” not to go third-party. I’ll vote him if he does.

Oh, my! If Ted Cruz said that, WHY THE HECK IS HE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT?!!

If that was his understanding of an NBC and he KNEW he was not, why is he running for President?

Ugh! This disappoints me so much because of the respect I have for the guy! I like him but there’s no way I can support him. I was already struggling with this, simply because I have to be consistent. I don’t believe Barack 0bama is a Natural-Born Citizen and, to be consistent, Ted Cruz isn’t either. Isn’t Marco Rubio (not that I was considering Mr. “Gang Of Eight”) in the same boat? Why would they even run, knowing full well they won’t get the same pass 0bama got? UGH!!

Even though I can’t support the Senator, I certainly won’t be jumping on the CDS bandwagon that has taken hold of FreeRepublic of late.

This is disappointing.

I’m not talking about the more rational group of supporters who would vote for either candidate and are bringing up valid concerns. For example, it is completely valid to question Ted Cruz on:

His eligibility
His votes for the Corker law and TPP/TPA
His commitment to securing the border and no amnesty for illegal aliens

(As a side note: I support Ted Cruz and I have these questions about him as well.)

Likewise, it is equally valid to point out flaws with Donald Trump:

His past support for liberal politicians (including the Clintons)
His liberal social views
His New York values (9/11 doesn’t give New York City a pass on their liberal, near-tyrannical views and policies)
His support of eminent domain
etc.

(Now, I could support Donald Trump as well but these concerns about him are many of the reasons I don’t trust him, at the moment)

These are legitimate questions about each candidate that should be allowed to be asked, without being called everything but a freedom-loving American!

But the shrill, nasty attacks are ridiculous. Calling Ted Cruz a phony or Donald Trump a clown is school-yard and childish!

Keep it up, children and once these candidates have destroyed each other, we’ll end up with a candidate that none of us will vote for and then say hello to President Hillary Clinton or President Bernie Sanders.
