Thanks to all for your posts. The article reflects what God is doing my life right now. True, we are saved by Faith - not works. However, James also said, “Faith without works is dead”.

Works do not save and are to be done for His glory and His glory alone. I am truly thankful for is never ending patience.

God is using David's life to show me a hunger that I do not currently possess. The post, written mainly to me, was a reflection of that. Ultimately, where I am right now is God convicting me to put down the remote and be about His purpose for my life. There is certainly a “Lord of the Harvest”, and that clearly is not me.

PLEASE pray for us as we launch this ministry. Pray for clarity of His vision. Pray that He will be glorified in all we do. Please pray that we will be a vessel of honor for Him.

A couple of things. First, thank you for reading the post and responding to it. I truly am thankful that you thought enough about these posts to jump in. Second, it is our Faith that teaches us the significance of this planet. We were made by God here. Not in the Omega quadrant but here. Our faith teaches us that God, in the person of Jesus, came here. Third, it was God's love for us that "killed" His Savior. It was all part of His plan of Salvation. Had Jesus chosen, He could have avoided "drinking the cup" of the cross. However, He chose to be obedient to the Father's plan and gave Himself for us. John 1:1-3,14 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Isaiah 53:5,10 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed 10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief.
