The victim's body was found behind Jumoke Academy at Milner, which is located at 104 Vine St., police said. Milner School is in lock-in as a result of the police activity, but the students were never in any danger, police said.

A man threatening to kill himself over his finances instead rammed his car into an Internal Revenue Service building.
