HARTFORD — Police are investigating a fatal shooting on Vine Street on Wednesday morning.
The victim's body was found behind Jumoke Academy at Milner, which is located at 104 Vine St., police said.
Milner School is in lock-in as a result of the police activity, but the students were never in any danger, police said.
