Hmmm...it seems to me that the gov’t. agencies have little need of where you’re going if you are not driving. So, it would seem a lot of the attention has to be placed on the “driver”..... Waymo, Johnny Cab, or whatever. If these conveyances are mostly what’s used to get from place to place, then your personal travels should be of little use to government. Then there is the insurance angle in case of an accident. Take a while to get that one figured, unless the cab co. charges huge rates so they can cover it.
