Hmmm...it seems to me that the gov’t. agencies have little need of where you’re going if you are not driving. So, it would seem a lot of the attention has to be placed on the “driver”..... Waymo, Johnny Cab, or whatever. If these conveyances are mostly what’s used to get from place to place, then your personal travels should be of little use to government. Then there is the insurance angle in case of an accident. Take a while to get that one figured, unless the cab co. charges huge rates so they can cover it.

Yes, these stories all remind me of “Johnny Cab” & how Schwarzenneger took care of him. That was funny.

The more I hear about this guy Mamdani, the sooner I think he needs to disappear from politics, NYC, & America. He sounds almost exactly what we don’t need. But I do realize there are people who would vote for him. I don’t understand why, though. Maybe these types need to leave with him.

So, the best answer would seem to be to just boot them out unless they want to assimilate to America & I haven’t noticed any of that.

Back a few years ago my wife & I considered a trip halfway across the country on Amtrak. Sure glad we decided against it, but I didn’t know at the time that they were having those kinds of problems. That could have been a disastrous trip, huh?

If they are not here legally, why would they have any realistic expectation of staying in the country?

Correct! No foreign born person who is not a naturalized American citizen should ever hold political office here. Many should not even be allowed into this country. Many just cannot accept American ways.

There seem to be several ways to go wrong on the 2028 election & only a few we could go right. First I guess we need to see who the real candidates will be.

It seems to me that Mamdani with his history would be a huge mistake, but New Yorkers seem to be good at voting for that type & they sure don’t seem interested to take advantage of any better choices at this stage.

She’s free to leave & advised to do so as well as keeping an eye on that spring-loaded door that might smack her in the tush on the way out.

It seems to me that possibly trying to speed up this process could result in some serious mistakes on their part.

That’s about what I thought. Federal District Judges are try to set rules for the whole country & as far as I know, this is illegal.

They don’t seem to have figured out yet that the climate seems to get hotter in the summer & cooler in the winter & in some places the change tends to get a little extreme. Gee...who would have ever guessed? Except it’s been doing this since time immemorial. Sometimes there is a greater temperature variation between seasons...also going on since the earth came to be about. Almost like someone was controlling it. NOT us.

I don’t think anybody could realistically clain the climate doesn’t change within the seasons. The wrong is done when we pysically try to change it to satisfy certain tastes. I think it is safe to say that God still has control of the climate.

I always liked these bison in spite of their sometimes dangerous natures, & sad to see one of the poor creatures suffer this way.

Does this mean that certain citizens that were working in the Middle East wanted to come back to the U.S. for jobs at a time when Rubio is trying to cut back in that area?

Seems like a pretty stupid expense of funds to me. There must be better ways to waste government money.

Maybe she will now find find out that her “wholesale/retail” business may not work out so well. Crime rarely pays in the long run, except maybe in certain government operations.
