today: Federal judge in DC said that Title 42 was illegal to begin with - so no more title 42 as of today.

The Biden administration attempted to end its use last May, saying the policy was no longer necessary to protect the country’s public health, but a federal court in Louisiana blocked the administration from winding it down completely.

Today - The entire Title 42 was illegal to begin with.

So what happens to the injunction that Texas got?

Kidney stone is elective
Melanoma removal is elective

Basically, anything that you don’t go straight from ER to OR is considered elective.

Yea rooting for your country is no longer fashionable except in few countries. This is not a US isolated issue I find.

I think there is a fundamental change across the world that’s been going on for the past decade or so.

The whole point of the conservative right to work movement was so that you would make a choice as an individual whether to employ someone or not / whether to work for someone or not.

If you don’t like your employer’s policies, you find another job.

If you don’t like the hair color of your boss, you find another job.
