A string of polls from legacy outfits has pointed to a shift toward former President Donald Trump in most of the major battleground states while Vice President Harris maintains a national lead, but some analysts see a critical disconnect between state and national polling that could suggest the Republican is on even stronger footing.

How did Vice President Kamala Harris get to where she is?She literally slept (being nice) with a married man to get in the political game! This just begs the question. Why do women support Kamala? Is this the method other women used to get ahead? Do they want their daughters to also be forced to use this method to advance?Do women what men to assume that they slept their way to the position they hold, since they support a candidate who used that method?Since the libs paint Trump as a Nazi and all his supporters as Nazi supporters, it makes sense...

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” took aim at media outlets circulating “cheap fake” videos of President Joe Biden making him appear to look confused in his surroundings, saying, “They lie about their lies.” Last week, the New York Post saw online backlash against a cover story which included photos claiming to show Biden wandering aimlessly while watching a skydiving demonstration at the G7 summit in Italy. However, Biden officials and others pointed out that the video used was seemingly cropped. White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre pushed back against the negative coverage of the President calling the viral video clips “cheap fakes” that...

Across the country, deals are starting to pick up, revealing just how far real estate prices have fallen. That’s spurring widespread concern about losses that can ripple across the global financial system — as underscored by the recent turmoil unleashed by New York Community Bancorp, Japan’s Aozora Bank and Germany’s Deutsche Pfandbriefbank as they took steps to brace for bad loans. In Manhattan, brokers have started to market debt backed by a Blackstone-owned office building at a roughly 50% discount. A prime office tower in Los Angeles sold in December for about 45% less than its purchase price a decade...

For months, if not years, panic-inducing headlines have lamented the existential crisis facing the U.S. office market as a “wall of maturities” looms: $2.2 trillion of commercial real estate debt coming due between now and the end of 2027, according to Trepp estimates. Rather than sell at significant losses or refinance into interest rates that currently stand at 23-year highs, many office owners are clinging to backward-looking valuations calculated during cushier times by asking lenders for extensions—often granted only in the short-term—on loans that would otherwise mature.

A Spanish modeling agency said it's created the country's first AI influencer, who can earn up to 10,000 euros, or $11,000, a month as a model. Cruz told Euronews he decided to design López after having trouble working with real models and influencers. "We started analyzing how we were working and realized that many projects were being put on hold or canceled due to problems beyond our control. Often it was the fault of the influencer or model and not due to design issues," he said. "We did it so that we could make a better living and not be...

The National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) was announced last year with a budget of $5 billion. It was meant from the get-go to help states, agencies, and local authorities advance EV charging over a five-year period. The plan was to spend around $1 billion every 12 months. Around $500 million were set aside so federal authorities could direct funds exactly where they wanted them to be used. One such case is fixing or outright replacing existing EV chargers that are no longer in use or have been abandoned. The initiative consumes 20% of that budget.

OK it happens, but Louis found the 400 companies with warrants issued on the same day as Louis' also started the same time Louis's started. And the warrant fee was the same for all 400 companies! New York put IDENTICAL warrants on 400 businesses started at the same...
