We recently learned that Secretary Rumsfeld has stated the $1 Million dollars that is currently in the Defense Spending Bill for Fiscal Year 2004 is in jeopardy of being discontinued. We learned of these intentions via a letter written by Senator Bill Nelson to The Honorable Secretary Rumsfeld dated March 1, 2004.
