I agree. Everyone thinks he will be shipped back home now. Why no let him fight. I have great respect for him. He wanted to be with his boys and he is. At least he’s not someone crying about having to go.

But of course I’m not a criminal. If I were I would buy it from someone that do background checks I can see that taking 3 min. Or heck I would just steal one.
I am an avid hunter. I never shoot unless I know what I am shooting at. That hunter gives all hunters a bad rap, also I am smart enough to know not to walk around in a national forest or state park during an open hunting season.
Most drive by shooters don’t leave part of thier car a the scene. If they buy this weapon they will leave a lot at the scene unless they pick up thier brass after every shooting.
I just don’t see someone with a plan to murder someone buying a new gun. I understand that some do, such as the case with the VT shooter. I agree with domenad on this, I can’t see how this will work.
what criminal is going to buy a gun like this? I really don't think most criminals run to a gun store to buy a new weapon. I would think that most of thier weapons come off of the streets.
I agree with the whole Mom and Pop point you laid out. I just in my area see that most Mom and Pop gun shops are just to expensive for me. I agree that they peak the interest of new hunters and can probably answer any question a new hunter/shooter has. I'm just speaking for me.
I hope Wal-Mart keeps selling in my area. I don't have any any problem with Mom and Pop gun stores. The fact is I can get a gun a lot cheaper from Wal-Mart than a Mom and Pop store.
