I have designed a site to be a non-partisan clearinghouse for news stories and eye-witness reports of voter fraud and intimidation. It has just launched this morning. Comments and suggestions are welcome. www.voterfraud.org

An open letter to President Bush from a very concerned Freeper Mr. President, I saw the debate the other night, and it is obvious that you did not win it. Like an NFL team with a 2 touchdown lead and 10 minutes to go, you decided to play it safe, and go into a prevent defense, and it cost you. Ultimately, should you lose the election because of sitting on the ball like this, it will cost all of us. You have had only four years to repair the eight years of the Clinton presidency, and you have had the...

Last night my four sons and I (who are also the rock band "Attila and the Huns" of "Hateful Lies of Michael Moore" semi-fame) went to a "Flogging Molly" concert at the House of Blues down here in Orlando. Being Irish, we have been fans of Flogging Molly's sincere (if somewhat repetetive) modern turn on Irish folk music, and in fact had attended a very good FM concert at the same venue a few months before. However, once the forgettable opening acts were done, we realized that we had been backdoored. There was a video presentation by the vile folks...

If you click on this link and search for "34567" you will see that Ashland Oil held the PO Box in question in 1991. Any chance anyone there is in a position to find out how long they have used that PO Box - Ashland has been around since 1924, it would interesting if that PO box had been in use in the 70s. The Link

Atilla and the Huns, and Orlando rock band consisting of my four sons and I, have put together a rock song expressing our deep feelings about Michael Moore. I hope you all enjoy it. Please pass the word. The boys are, God willing, "this" close to a record contract and some email support (if you like the music) would not hurt them at all at this point. The link is http://www.aath.net/hatefullies. The band's main site is here. Thanks and God Bless!

(This is reposted just once, as I posted it the other night at 1AM and it had scrolled off the page by morning. So my bad!) Hi there, my kids (ages 18 down to 12), disgusted with their favorite rock/punk bands turning off their brains and organizing a "Rock against Bush" CD, have written and performed their own Patriotic/Pro Republican song "Whats Wrong", and I am so proud of them for making this statement I thought I would use my self-imposed one vanity per year to see if anyone would like to hear it. Its on Streaming Audio at http://www.aath.net/whatswrong...

"The men of Normandy had faith that what they were doing was right, faith that they fought for all humanity, faith that a just God would grant them mercy on this beachhead or the next. It was the deep knowledge -- and pray God we have not lost it -- that there is a profound moral difference between the use of force for liberation and the use of force for conquest." President Ronald Reagan Normandy, June 6, 1984

I recently, and by no small coincidence, found a signed copy of "When Hell Was In Session", by Former U.S. Senator Jeremiah Denton, Jr. The book outlines his seven years as a prisoner of war, and the tortures he endured. He became nationally known in 1966 when, during a sham press conference arranged by the Nort Vietnamese, he blinked morse code for "Torture", confirming for the first time that our POWs were being tortured. Did they make him lie on a pile of naked men? Put women's underwear on his head? No. Here is an excerpt from the book (which...

Districts Fail To Review Home Schoolers Only On 9: there are about 10,000 students in Central Florida who are being home schooled. But Channel 9 Eyewitness News has uncovered that only two counties have active review committees, required by law, watching over home schooled students. The districts without review committees tell us that they're having trouble getting home school parents to volunteer to serve on the committee to review their peers. But state law says they should've gotten the committees in place a year and a half ago. In the meantime, children who should be getting a good education, are ...

I hadn't seen a discussion on this, but after seeing part of the press conference from 2 of the rescued aid workers I thought that especially the one who did most of the talking was showing marked signs of Stockholm Syndrome. This is a condition in which people who are held captive become sympathetic - sometimes shockingly so - with their captives. (See the original Die Hard movie for a rather funny take on this, misnamed "Helsinki Syndrome" there). I thought it interesting that she went out of her way to say how well they had been treated... but later ...

I have submitted this to a couple of papers, I thought you fine people might like to see it as well. Maybe someone from Al-Queda reads FR :-) An Open Letter to Osama bin Laden That sound you hear, Mr. bin Laden, is laughter. Yes, you gave us a pretty bad couple of weeks, knocked down a couple buildings, killed some of us, and scared even more of us a bit. But we are Americans. We bury our dead, we mourn, and then we move on. Part of this moving on process is realizing just how amateurish and ineffective your ...

Jocelyn Elders was just interviewed on Fox News, still displaying that she has absolutely nothing of value to contribute to any subject. Has Fox run out of warm bodies to interview? I was expecting her to say we need to come up with safer Anthrax. Man, two things I'd hoped I'd never see again, the Cleveland Browns and Jocelyn Elders. Just my luck.

I am so mad I can hardly type. Forgive me if you don't consider this news, I hope an "old timer" like me can be forgiven an occasional vanity. Today, Sunday, September 23, 2001, with the bodies of thousands of my fellow citizens and at least one friend still waiting to be unearthed, Clear Channel's Premier Radio Network broadcast a song which had patriotic clips from Bush's speech, news, reports, etc. chronicaling ths disaster. The problem? They set it to perhaps the most anti-American and anti-Democracy song ever written, John Lennon's "Imagine". Don't get me wrong, Lennon was a giftedn ...

Our government is doing all it can, but it must play by civilized rules. Our attackers have no such limitations. I have an idea that might help, and I want your thoughts on the feasibility/adviseability. Imagine: Ten Million Americans all donating $5 or more to a fund, and that fund being offered as a reward for the capture of Osama Bin Laden and the delivery of him or his body to the steps of the Justice Department. If Bin Laden is killed or captured in a military action, the fund goes to New York relief efforts. Thoughts? I'd put my ...

California (AP) - Steve Lavin and the UCLA Bruins are demanding a recount of the game in which Kansas won 99 to 98. "The baskets were confusing," says Lavin. "I'm sure that some of the balls that went in Kansas' basket were meant to go into ours. Kansas teams would never have scored nearly one-hundred points. There's no way we lost this one. UCLA demands a recount." Kansas officials are calling this "outrageous". "They agreed to the size and shape of the baskets prior to tip-off," replies KU coach Roy Williams. "If they had a problem with them, they should ...
