It was just reported that 9 votes were found in Seminole county that were not counted. Thus, instead of just doing a recount by precinct in Seminole, they are going to count each and every vote again in Seminole. There was no mention of whether this would lengthen the process.

Gore carried Wisconsin by 6,000 votes, or 0.2% of the total. If anyone has access to any GOP officials, can they ask/urge them about this? November 8, 2000 Bernalillo County Begins Recount By Richard Benke The Associated Press ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Bernalillo County officials on Wednesday began recounting the first of some 67,000 early-voting and absentee ballots withdrawn from the county's vote total because of computer problems — a glitch that could affect the presidential outcome.
