Meet AnnaLee Kruyer. Dr. Kruyer is an Army DDS, and recently spent a year in Iraq. Most of her time was spent training Iraqi dentists, dental students, and other specialists (she went with some U.S. veterinarians to consult with the keepers of the Baghdad zoo, which explains the pic of her with the critters), and giving check-ups to Iraqi kids. Occasionally, though, more colorful stuff came up. Such as Christmas Eve, last year.....

IN principal to express gratefulness and gratitude for favours rendered is encouraged. However, Thanksgiving being a national holiday express its salient position in the American culture, which has many unislamic values and principles. Celebrating Thanksgiving purposefully or subordinately is an expression of accepting the general American Culture. It is not celebrated independent of the American Culture. I just had two nice young people knock on my door and ask me to vote Republican. They were 18 and 19 years old. They gave me a really slick door hanger. Shuttle just landed! Night landing. I was watching it on NASA TV on the net and they showed the landing from the camera on the shuttle flight deck. Very cool. I enjoyed this landing much more than the Chinese, Russian, Japanese, EU and Mexican shuttle landings:) NASA, they never get the "Buckwheats"!! Good going!!! Yea America!
