I would think a determining factor, if a move is in the works, would be the price of electricity. Real Estate is a one time expense, whereas the energy to run the facility is on going,.. and energy costs could be a large percentage of the Operational costs.

Commercially grown corn is not measured by the bag. It is measured by the bushel (shelled). Whoever made the statement about bags of corn didn’t know what they were they were talking about. I have 50+ years experience selling corn. Seed to grow commercial corn is sold in bags.
