Reversed mine the same way. Asked my doc if he wanted to know how. He didn’t. I think he was embarrassed as he told me that it was irreversible. They’re high paid techs and you have to manage your own health. They’re losing credibility as the current regulatory/government/insurance (and they’re all one) regime just has them following a script. No thinking allowed.

They told me it was impossible. In my personal experience, doctors have gotten dumber and dumber. If it’s not the standard protocol, they act like a derailed train. They’ve allowed themselves, through Medicare and Obamacare, etc., to become highly paid clerks. What do I need that for?
They treat you like a problem to be solved, rather than as a person to be valued. It’s disgusting and I don’t see it getting better. Our side just doesn’t want to shrink government. But I’ll take these victories and manage my health myself. I am sad for those who don’t or won’t take an active role in their health and aging.

Yes. They balked at having another one within 2 years, which is now the new protocol, but I insisted. Your work is very much appreciated and valuable. Thanks so much, Dear Brother.
Do you think McCarthy’s mimic of the Contract with America will stick in 2023? I think it’s awfully vague and they could have done a lot against Obama care piecemeal as well.

I take mine in 600mg doses each one in the AM and one at dinner for a total of 1200mg full daily dose. That costs me about 36 cents a full daily dose. Doubling that is less than 75 cents a day and perhaps worth it to dose every 3-4 waking hours.
How are you measuring benefits from GlyNAC and UroA benefits or improvements?

Fascinating article and something I’ve done off and on.
OT: I was reading a GlyNAC study and was stunned at the doses. 100mg/kg/day. For a 150 pound man it would mean almost 7g of each. That’s a lot. Are there other studies showing a lower minimum effective dose?

Thanks. I am and I will. I am not relying on you, so I hope it doesn’t seem like that. I respect your insights. I’m taking 3g of Taurine and otherwise following the studies guidelines. I have not added UA, but may. It’s hard to know if the expense is worth it. Do you know of any tests that would clarify the results individually?
