A criminal complaint against Routh reveals more details about yesterday's apparent assassination attempt.
In addition to a witness account, Routh was confirmed to be the suspect using phone records that located him in “the vicinity of the area along the tree line” of the Trump International Golf Club from 1:59 a.m. until 1:31 p.m. on Sunday, the complaint said.
At 1:31 p.m., a Secret Service agent assigned to Trump’s security detail was walking the perimeter of Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach when the agent saw what appeared to be a rifle poking out of a tree line.
The agent fired their service weapon in the direction of the rifle and a witness saw a man, later identified as Routh, fleeing the area of the tree line, entering a Nissan sport utility vehicle and leaving at a high rate of speed.
In the area of the tree line where Routh fled, agents found a digital camera, two bags, a loaded SKS-style 7.62x39 caliber rifle with a scope, and a black plastic bag containing food. The serial number on the rifle “was obliterated and unreadable to the naked eye,” the complaint said.
The agent who wrote the complaint said that such rifles are not manufactured in Florida, and it’s likely the rifle had “traveled in interstate or foreign commerce.”
At 2:14 p.m. the Martin County Sheriff’s Office initiated a motor vehicle stop and Routh was detained. Officers said the license plate of the Nissan he was in was registered to a 2012 white Ford truck that has been reported stolen.
The witness who reported seeing Routh fleeing the area of Trump International was taken to the scene and identified Routh as the man seen earlier.
A review of law enforcement records found that on Dec. 20, 2002, Routh was convicted in Greensboro, North Carolina, of possession of a weapon of mass death and destruction, a class F felony. Records also showed that on March 3, 2010, Routh was convicted of multiple counts of possession of stolen goods.

That would make it a violation of the Mann Act or something, and at the very least involve the Feds in investigating it.
Wonder when the county prosecutor will present charges against Routh to a FL judge?
Nothing gets by those crack SS agents. Except for squatters who build treehouses to live in on Trump’s golf course.
So if the agent fired a service weapon yesterday, then why didn't the SS agents fire back on July 13?
I know Trumps trip to the golf course was unplanned...so Im curious to know when Trump actually decided to go there.....and if it was 12-18 hours prior...then this would seriously point t to a mole on the inside giving up his schedule. Otherwise, this jackass would have had no idea Trump was going to be there.
The ones in July were told to stand down.............

I doubt his rifle was visable/notable for hours, his car though..mmm. It’s no secret that the Don plays golf when he can. Sunday is a usual tee off. Local police are not part of the security for a non-pesident. At least that’s the current administrations stance. Keep your head down Don and clean the snakes out of the swamp starting in January, and that’s what they are worried about.
I wonder if Trump goes to the golf course often enough for the shooter to camp there every now and then hoping to get lucky to be there when Trump would be there.

That rifle could have come from a lot of places, he spent a lot of time on the internet interacting with oddballs, one could have supplied it.
A really weird idea is that with all his craziness for at least decades, and the automatic weapon charge in 2002 and other gun crimes, he may have buried a gun way back when it was a big deal of burying or stashing guns.

That is what I want to know..whose idea was it for Trump to golf, was it Trumps idea or did someone suggest it to him like “Mr President, why don’t you go outside, enjoy some golf stop tweeting so much”
I was thinking that it would have helped if Trump private security and SS flew a few drones over that golf course.
If this schmuck had not put his gun through the fence, the SS agent would not have seen it and Trump would have been a dead duck, the distance from the fence to hole 6 heck I could have made that shot and Ive never touched a gun before
