I've listened to a lot of BBC TV and Canadian radio lately. They always start with the obligatory "Yes, Iran is problematic.... BUT. And then the mumbo jumbo about "asking the right questions ... needing international consensus because the UN is largely neutered - largely by the US, natch, and the vague need to use diplomacy instead of President Trump's madcap adventuring..." Just so maddening.

I hoped for some time she'd resign before it got this far. The ad campaign was embarrassing, but someone had to get the "get out free" message, and she took the task to heart - and face - instead of plain public service type (cheap) messaging.
