It looks like Russia is again moving back to meat wave attachs—human losses again around the 1200 figure, and increased losses in field equipment.

Wow, these Russians have some crazy ideas about how the human body works. The craziest one is the idea of shortenening the gestation period to 8 months. Will this help provide a chimpanzee level of intelligence. Part of the longer gestation is the long time for the human brain to develop. My first son was born 3 weeks post mature at 9 lbs. My second son was born a month early at 7 lbs. All of my first sons developmental stages were MOrE than 2 months ahead of those of my p son. Things like first smile, reaching for objects—things requiring intelligence and eye/muscle coordination.

There are already ways to increase the rate of male fetal production. Not going to say what they are, but I have used them with success. God help the poor Russian women (or captive Ukrainian women) who will be used for some of this experimentation. Putin’s lacky Orthodox church leader might be agreeable, but what about the rest of their priesthood and old believers? Next they will be forcing sterilization on their non ethnic Russian populations.

Thanks for bringing this thread to my attention. I was away from my computer for several days working. I get the feeling a number of regulars are using this time after approval of the Ukraine/Israel/Taiwan funding to get caught up on personal stuff. It will be days or weeks before we begin to really see the effects of these new approvals of funding for defense. With 2 grandsons who enlisted in the US Army last year, I certainly do not look forward to escalation of the world’s woes.

“So why then did Ukraine talk about wanting to join NATO in 2022” Not clear by what you mean by “That happened in 2015.”

What is clear is that earlier than these dates both US and Russia had signed agreements to protect Ukraine as part of a deal returning all nukes in Ukraine to Russia. By 2015 Russia/Putin had already occupied Crimea and were working on occupying Eastern Ukraine. Why wouldn’t Ukraine ask to join NAtO in 2022 when RUssia had already or was about to put a massive army into Ukraine in additon to what it had put into Crimea and was doing militarily in Eastern Ukraine starting in 2014?

It seems by these facts it was Russia/Putin that broke the most important agreement and defecated on their own word. As to who blew up Nordstream, I think a good argument can be made that Russia blew it up since it could not get a critical repair part from Canada anyway. By blowing it up Putin was able to convince some easily duped people that someone else had done something bad to them.

You would think that with all the information supplied about how much military equipment Russia has been producing this past year, Putin would want to show it off. THen again, he is probably following the wise course and avoiding it being destroyed other than in actual combat situations.

It definitely seems the Russians have moved back to more meat wave attacks. The figure for the 28th is almost 1100. A day or two ago I saw the figure of over 450,000 casualties, and daily death over 1100. I guess a desperate attempt to have “good” figures for Putin’s May 9th extravaganza. I hope Robotyne holds past then. Too bad for Putin’s ego.

Regarding trumpeting by Zeepers to disturb readers, I would not waste time or effort on fighting that. Stick to interesting and informative facts, I really like those. Too bad some people here are so frightened of those facts that they even have to resort to getting informative threads pulled. The more informative threads that get pulled, the more non alligned FReepers get annoyed and stop wanting to support FR. I guess if the Russia crowd is paying more to keep FR solvent, FR will become more and more a RUssian propaganda vehicle, and more true American conservative patriots will cease to be interested in FR. Having enjoyed many items posted here especially at the ping lists I have chosen to be on for the past 18 years, I will be sad to see FR fail.

Nothing like some good news, poor Putin cannot have his big parade safely. I just heard on the morning news that some of the first items Ukraine is receiving are longer range missiles that can hit 190 miles away and are being used against Russian resupply sites.

Here is a link with a good graph showing US military expenses as percent of GDP over a number of years. Since 2017 it has hovered around 3% and more recently showed signs of moving slightly lower.

Below is a detailed examination of the Russian GDP and budget over several recent pre and post war years up to the present. A few years ago GDP was at least 5% and then moved up to 6% with the start of the current war. However, this article also considers costs for intelligence, care of war wounded and related war expenses and estimate Russia’s actual GDP expense is around 10%

In Washington, DC, temperatures are taken at the airport next to the Potomac River’s breezes, and are often at odds with the warmer temperatures downtown or in the poorer sections of the city.

Meanwhile, I wish we would hear/learn more about the effects of the Hunga Tonga volcanic eruption that sent huge quantities of water into our upper atmosphere. How much of it is still up there, and how fast is it coming down and becoming part of the current weather conditions, especially rainfall? Yes, desert cities in the middle east and even our own Las Vegas have occasional very heavy rainfall, but it does seem there have been some unusually heavy rains/flooding in a number of places the past two year. Even Russia has just had major flooding which broke a dam recently.

What a lot of the people don’t know is the likelihood that many business inerests are looking forward to all the reconstruction contracts that are likely to become available once the Russians throw in the towel and slink home. Much money to be made in rebuilding. Who will be making it? What was this about MTG making millions with Ukraine war insider trading?

Almost half of Russia’s GDP growth is the direct result of miliary materiel production because their materiel is being destroyed so systematically in the Ukraine war. They are down to using up tanks stored from WW2. Production is no doubt resulting in a fair amount of rake off by clever Russian oligarchs, and domestic production of almost every other thing is falling off as the rapidly diminishing work force leaves so many other activities for the higher salaries paid by the war machine’s production. This is not healthy for Russia’s future at all. Why worry so much about Democrat collusion when there are so many pro-Russian so-called conservative colluders right here at FR.

Please make a point of reading up on Dr. Robert Cathcart’s Vitamin C experiences. He recommends that even completely healthy people should consume 4 grams of C per day, about 1 gram every 6 hours. Amounts he has successfully used for severe illnesses, have been as much as 100 to 200 grams IV over 24 hours.

I wonder how much Vitamin C and E you are taking as both are important for wound healing and tissue formation. Fifty years ago around the time I was having children, I suffered from chronic anemia. THe doctor prescribed taking Iron (Feosole?) which did not help much. Then I started taking Vitamin E for my post partum developing varicose veins and Vitamin C for my allergies. My RBC level soon returned to normal and I then ran across a study saying that Vitamin E could make the difference of only an 85 day life span for RBCs, versus 110 days life span for RBCs with the E. And my varicose veins shrank and disappeared.

Dr. Robert Cathcart has written a lot of interesting material on therapeutic use of Vitamin C for many serious illnesses and conditions. An interesting study in TUrkey in 2021 showed that the Dr. Zelenko Covid protocol for Covid using zinc, HCQ, and Azithromycin (Zelenko later preferred Doxycycline) was effective Covid treatment, but adding some days of 25 gram IV Vitamin C shortened hospital stays by 3 weeks. TAKE THAT, Remdesivir! The only death in this study of nearly 250 older hospitalized patients, many with comorbidities had only ONE death. This elderly woman, I think with cancer, was acutely deficient in Vitamin D.

Aside from interest in Zinc I gained from learning about Dr. Zelenko’s work, I began reading a number of studies as I had three loved ones in fall 2022 all dealing with cancer, including prostate, and colon with metastatic liver cancer. One study from late spring 2020 found that the two cancers I just mentioned plus 7 other common cancers all had zinc defficient cancerous tissue even when surrounding healthy tissue was well supplied with zinc. These doctors were enthusiastic about the idea of giving more zince, and even using some form of ionophore to help the zinc get into cancer cells. Some ionophores we have heard of include HCQ, Ivermectin, Quercetin, HGCG (green tea), and Resveritrol. There are others as well. The summer of 2020 I tried at least 6 times to write in AOL comments at their articles explaining the possibility of zinc and an ionophore helping save Covid patients lives and health. I was censored on each of these occasions for violating “community standards” with my polite science based words. No such censorship for all the nasty things said about Trump or Biden in the comments for these same articles.

Therefore I was not surprised to see that a few months after late Spring 2020, in further writings, these scientists were a lot more subdued in their enthusiasm for ZINC as a miracle find for possible cancer treatment. However I enthusiastically added this to supplements I was providing to the two people who were still actively treating their cancers, the third person was finished with apparently successful treatment for the moment. Another study indicated that Astaxanthin, which I was already taking successfully for my cataracts, apparently increased apoptosis (natural death) of cancer cells while providing longer life for normal cells. So I added that to their supplements.

The prostate cancer now seems to be completely stopped for the past year. Unfortunately my brother whose liver cancer was improving nicely, took his 4th Covid shot before I could tell him about the IgG4 class switch I had just learned about. Two weeks later he was on a rapid slide toward death.

Owning vacation property in a small east coast beach community, I needed work done to repair some storm damage. During 2021 and 2022, I was trying to line up workers to make some of the repairs. One contractor I was able to use complained to me it was really hard to get local workers, because many of the “boys” were spoiled by their unemployment payments, and really were not eager to work for a living again. This was in a state with a Republican governor.

So long as Isreal can do as much damage or more with 3 missiles as Iran can do with 300 missiles, Iran’s erasure attempts will continue to have a long slow row to hoe. Hopefully the unhappy women and their supporters in Iran will end that issue before it becomes a serious danger. If Iran cares so much let them invite Palestinians to immigrate legally.
