Eric Holder may finally realize his dream to end the “voluntarily socially segregated” life-style that we Americans have chosen.

The great social-engineers at work again to end our ability to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

I don’t own my own business, but I do work hard, and yes, seemingly harder than others arounds me at times. I take credit for the choices I made and make every day. I also remember Duet 8 often, where it tells me not to forget the Lord your God.... And it’s He who give me strength.

I also take credit for setting my alarm at 5am and getting up. Do I instead have to give credit to Sony for it going off? Personal choice and responsibility has been thrown out and stand for nothing.

Maybe Obama should have a beer summit with Zimmerman! It worked so well a few years ago when Obama said, “Hopefully, instead of ginning up anger and hyperbole everybody can just spend a little bit of time with some self-reflection and recognizing that other people have different points of view.”

It seems that the only point of view you can have now is the Left’s...

Stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason!

Our modern use of the word, as defined by the liberal outlet Wikipedia and seemingly what nonsensical people think, says Stereotypes are standardized and simplified conceptions of people based on some prior assumptions. (notice the personal and emotional response that permeates from this definition)

Our more conservative dictionary founded by one of our very influential Founding Fathers, Daniel Webster, tells us that a stereotype is something conforming to a fixed or general pattern. (notice the short and concise, crisp definition)

It seems to me that the more overused stereotype is used by the left who have a “fixed or general pattern” of race-baiting absolutely every debate and pandering to the overly politically-correct crowd that stands for nothing and falls for everything.

I love Neil Cavuto, especially his “Common Sense” segment. I just watched the video clip and don’t see the “Hammering” mentioned in the headline. He asked Sen. Santorum and he got a earful in response. I happen to believe the senator. Romney will not bring a vast enough difference on the issues and the Media will, in fact, HAMMER republicans over the similarities between Romney and Obama and conservatism will lose another election while our country falls further off the edge.

The Founders intent was to have a checks and balances system, but they are not meant to be equal like so many think. Looking at article 1 dealing with the executive branch, article 2 dealing with the legislative branch and reading article 3 on the judiciary you have to recognize he disparaging difference. Heck, the Supreme Court didn’t even have a building of its own til well into the 20th century and only met for a few weeks per year when they were established. Our Founding Fathers never meant for the majority of nine to rule the land.

More power to Newt, we need more Americans like him who know our history and are willing to work to reestablish it.

In a related story, the family gave a TV interview to a local reporter praising Obama for all that he has done for our economy and exclaimed how they can’t wait for OBAMACARE to kick in.

They are of course hoping that there are no deductibles or co-pays...

I'd like to recommend a fantastic book for Bishop Smith to read. It's called "Joshua" and it's by Father Joseph F. Girzone. I am sure many are familiar with it. As a young boy going to Bishop Seabury Church, one of the six parishes of concern under the very wise direction of Fr. Gauss, I remember this book sweeping through the church similar to the way The Purpose Driven Life is doing now. Everyone read it and loved it. I just recently found it and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Bishop Smith may find a correlation between he and the aristocrasy of the Church in this book. Then again... He might not.

I was there with my family, wife and triplet children. We drove from Atlanta, GA and met my in-laws, who drove down from CT. It was my first march. (my in-laws fifth or sixth) I am not a Roman Catholic and felt that there needed to be a stronger presence from other religious denominations. I about lost it when I read a sign that told my "I would burn in hell" since I wasn't a RC.

Funny how people of like minds can ostricize each other for furhtering their own agneda. Here I thought I was going to support the Pro-Life movement and found myself under attack even though I was a supporter.

Had a good time anyway. Next year it would be nice to see other support from others besides the RC's.

It may not be fun, but you find small rewards along the way. Our "Church in a box" is in a local middle school and we (the setup team) enjoy the Christmas season more than most because the school is closed and we can leave it set up for two whole weeks. Today was the first time in recent memory that I went to church with my family and not in seperate cars. Usually, I go to church at 6:30 am and get home sometime after 2 pm. My wife and kids come for bible study and the 11 am service then go home before I get to leave. But, I'm not complaining... I love it.

I appreciate this posting, although I'm not old enough to remember the 1960's. I agree that it is a shame. People with a traditional or conservative background are being considered out of touch. As much as this post points out the problems as seen from the church, it doesn't just relate to the church. In all of society, there are things happening that inspire social reform to become more "progressive".

A point of contention that has become a sticking point for me is the how few people find themselves staying home to raise their own children. It has become a too widely accepted norm to pop out a couple kids and shove them into some institutionalized daycare facility, so as to not miss a beat in the all too self-centered career.

C'mon, tax cuts are being "awarded" to individuals who conform to the model proposed by the left. Most states have even started some gov't funded "Pre-K" program guaranteeing that the parent doesn't have to parent anymore than they really have to.

It's a shame that anyone with strong set of family values raised with a traditional background has to sacrafice his beliefs because the world is becoming more "progressive".

When my wife and I found out we were having triplets, time stood still. We couldn't believe it. We also presumed she would have difficulties becoming pregnant. To realize triplets... Oh my God.!!! (we only wanted one!!!, someday) We were not ready for this!!!

The doctor mentioned "selective reduction" to us while showing concern about my wife and worrying about the difficult pregnancy she would go through. I initially wanted to "selectively reduce" him for suggesting such a thing. We never considered the "procedure".

Anyway, long story short, my wife ended up having a textbook pregnancy, delivered all three at 36 1/2 weeks (each weighed over 5 lbs at birth) and she never went on bedrest. They all came home from the hospital three days later and our lives have changed like no one could believe. Single income, former-military with no college degree and now an assumed stay-at-home Mom forever. How would we manage?

Looking at pictures, I get sick to my stomach when I think of who would've been "reduced". Life without anyone of them is unimaginable. Life starts with kids and God will provide.

I know that when this lady grows up, like most liberals do, she'll realize what she has done, and it WILL truely haunt her forever.

May she find Christ, and may He have mercy on her and all those she has infected while living this selfish, immoral lifestyle.

    Three Miracles

We prayed and prayed for so many years,
Said rosaries, novena and shed a few tears,
    It was a hearache as time went by;
Sometimes we didn't talk about it, my love and I.

But wait, don't give up God seemsed to say,
The time has arrived - your babies are on their way.
And for being so patient and trusting in Me,
I won't send you one - I will send you "three"!!!
