No. And I haven’t confirmed it. But I was reading that they stripped away the $200 tax, but kept all other NFA rules. And that it would’ve actually been better to keep the $200 tax, because basically they said the rate a bit at zero, and retained the right to adjust that fee as needed. So it’s no longer frozen in a 1934 by law amount. It’ll now be a rate they can adjust as desired.
When Democrats get back in, look for it to be 2500, 5000, whatever they dream up.
