  • 1924 Democrat Convention at Madison Square Garden refused Catholic Al Smith, and supported the KKK (Vanity)

Hillary and others are saying Trump's scheduled rally at Madison Square Garden is reminiscent of the 1939 American Nazi Bund rally there. If we are speaking of Madison Square garden rallies, we should remember to include the 1924 Democrat party rally. It is shockingly similar to things happening today. The Democrats anti-Catholic bigotry had them pass over Al Smith as the nominee. There was also an attempt to put an anti-KKK plank in the platform, condemning KKK violence. It was soundly defeated.

In another thread there was an interesting comment in the source story. https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4222241/posts“ "They are still voting in a couple of western states, but the voters have spoken from Virginia to Oklahoma and from Maine to Texas, and the outcome is already abundantly clear. Donald Trump won, and Nikki Haley lost.” How can they possibly know the results this quickly? The polls have only been closed two hours. It will surely take weeks before we know the results. Right? I am noticing something strange that has been consistent throughout the primaries and caucuses from both parties. We get results very...
  • The intense rules for US Marines who protected mail from gangsters

Marines from both coasts were activated and armed with trench guns, M1911 pistols, and the M1903 Springfield rifle to stand watch as high-value mail deliveries were moved between institutions, large cities, banks, and government offices. They rode mail trucks and trains, often seated with the driver and in with the valuable cargo. The Navy Secretary told his new detachment of 50-plus Marines and officers: “To the Men of the Mail Guard, you must when on guard duty, keep your weapons in hand and, if attacked, shoot and shoot to kill. If two Marines are covered by a robber, neither must...

On the Google.com homepage today, you’ll find that the usual logo has been replaced with a bit of artwork created by Phenix City, Alabama-based artist and veteran of the US Army Steven Tette. The Veterans Day Google Doodle shows the diversity of members of the military as well as what they do at home. To express the duality of each service member, they’ve been artistically split in half, one side showing their branch’s uniform and the other showing the uniform of their civilian jobs.

"DENVER (AP) — A police officer who was one of three people killed in a shooting at a suburban Denver shopping district was ambushed by a suspect who expressed hatred toward police, authorities said Tuesday." Chief Strate on Tuesday identified that man (hero) as John Hurley, 40, of nearby Golden. Without elaborating on what he did, Strate called Hurley a “true hero who likely disrupted what could have been a larger loss of life.” The chief said there was no connection between Hurley and the suspect. Arvada police spokesman Dave Snelling declined to say who shot the suspect, saying that...

  • White supremacy is 'most lethal threat' to the US, DHS draft assessment says

White supremacists will remain the most "persistent and lethal threat" in the United States through 2021, according to Department of Homeland Security draft documents. The most recent draft report predicts an "elevated threat environment at least through" early next year, concluding that some U.S.-based violent extremists have capitalized on increased social and political tensions in 2020.

Apologies for the vanity. The sources I could find are on the "do not post list". Hopefully this gets picked up. STEM School Highlands Ranch in Colorado students burst into a spontaneous protest, walking out of an event to protest politicians and the media pushing for gun control. The protest happened after Sen. Michael Bennet and Congressman Jason Crow, spoke to the crowd and spoke about gun control. The kids wanted to honor their heroes.

We sorted through this list of executive branch agencies, commissions and boards to assemble the most complete federal government Twitter directory available. It's not yet complete. If you notice an agency that's missing, let us know on Twitter so we can update it."

President Donald Trump cannot block users on his Twitter feed, a federal judge in New York City ruled Wednesday. Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald said in her ruling that Trump is violating the U.S. Constitution by preventing certain Americans from viewing his tweets. The social media platform, Buchwald said, is a "designated public forum" from which Trump cannot exclude individual plaintiffs.

Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is one of the largest cities in the world without a central sewage system. Most of the more than 3 million residents use outhouses and rely on workers with some of the worst jobs in the world, hauling away human excrement by hand one bucket at a time. The men are called bayakou, and they work in the dark by candlelight. Rebecca Hersher spent a night with a group of them.

    MSN
MSN has removed the comments section on every story they have posted on their homepage. Increasingly every story about Trump was generating huge amounts of support for Trump and rejection of the leftist propaganda. The obvious progressive ghost-bot accounts tried hard to fight back, but they were clearly losing. Today they pulled the plug on all comments. When you go to the comment section after any story, you see the following message. "MSN has temporarily removed commenting on our websites while we explore better ways for you to engage in discussion on the issues you care about."

At the same time the Bush administration was negotiating a still elusive agreement to keep the U.S. military in Iraq, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama tried to convince Iraqi leaders in private conversations that the president shouldn’t be allowed to enact the deal without congressional approval. Mr. Obama’s conversations with the Iraqi leaders, confirmed to The Washington Times by his campaign aides, began just two weeks after he clinched the Democratic presidential nomination in June and stirred controversy over the appropriateness of a White House candidate’s contacts with foreign governments while the sitting president is conducting a war.

If you want to realize that we have truly been the classic boiling frogs the last few decades, take a moment to look at this video from 1987. It's a simple video of a high school band from Cleburne Texas that won the state competition that year. Look at it, and imagine if this bunch of high school kids performed this today, after the socialist cultural revolution. If you are in a hurry and don't feel like watching the whole 10 minute show, skip ahead to the 2:20, 4:40, 6:10, and 7 minute marks. See if you can find the...

BY all thats holy, starting in the morning, I swear to never spend a dime on any business that helped elect this islamic, socialist who sneers at our constitition. I further swear to never help an individual who voted for him. They are dead to me. To the degree that i am anyone's atlas, I will now shrug. They are on their own. I never understood the brother against brother stories for the sad time in 1860 during the civil war. Now, I fully do.
