Last week McDrunk totally lost it and went off the deep-end with an insane rant at a District Commander. The reason...because the beat cops in that district, the 7th (007), didn't prevent a random stabbing & murder before it took even place.

What happened was a 72 year old man stabbed his *friend*, a 69 year old dude during an argument over a coat and the dude died. This occurred inside a nursing home, not on the streets, but McAssh-le didn't care. He went off on the 7th District Commander for letting this murder occur.

Note: apparently the 7th District commander is a real piece of work anyway and the coppers call him 'Rick Flair'. And CPD Supt Gerry McCarthy isn't liked much either -- he's basically loathed by Chi Coppers. And he's called anything but by his real name, i.e: Gmac, McJersey, McDrunk, McCompStat, and a fave of mine -- McStreetLightAssassin, a moniker he earned for what he did as a NYPD 'Commander' -- Shoot out Street Lights when he was DRUNK as a skunk.

Raising the minimum wage to $10.00 an hour from $8.25 would just about do it for IL -- every major corporation that's still here now would flee Illinois in a panic before this took effect. The exodus would be massive -- It'd look like Moses leading the Jews out of Egypt, or the over-flowing packed cattle cars of the SS on their way East. Not to mention that a 21.2% increase would create a teeny-weenie problem called INFLATION, and it'd hit everyone overnight; all things being equal, what was $5.00 one day would be $6.06 the next, what was $100.00 would be $121.21.

And for major construction projects..sheesh....fugetaboutit!..the trade unions would rightfully demand THEY get that same $21.2% increase. And those guys do not work cheap, a decade ago they cost (roughly) 'One Dollar per Minute', $60.00/hr with wages & benefits combined. With the raise they'd get $72.60!! And this is for a Journeyman, not for a Foreman or Superintendant. The state couldn't afford to build or fix anything, not that it can now but that's another issue.

Bottom line it'd be the kiss of death for the state. Illinois would be one giant Detroit.

I don't know how the 4th would work its way in (unreasonable search & seizure and warrants)? But on the 5th you're pretty much screwed - IRS Tax Courts are basically above the Law so they can 'deprive you' of almost anything they want. And self-incrimination won't fly either.

But what *may work* and is almost never used in Fed Courts for some odd reason -- so a Judge might let it proceed -- is the 9th Amendment which reads:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

In short, the Bill of Rights doesn't encompass the only Rights we have. So just because a Right isn't listed, noted, and or delineated, doesn't mean; We Don't Have It.

And from there I'm sure some sharp lawyer could come up with a score of arguments of why and how its your Right not to sign that form. And with a Jury of your Peers, I'm pretty confident that the way its going now with ObamaDeathCare, they'd find in your favor
