    DES MOINES, Iowa -- For the second time this week, errors have been found on absentee ballots in Iowa. On Tuesday, Secretary of State Chet Culver ordered absentee voting halted in four southeastern Iowa counties after he learned the name of an Associate District Court judge had been left off absentee and general election ballots. The mistake affects more than 60,000 ballots sent to county auditors in Henry, Lee, Louisa and Des Moines counties earlier this month.
