RNC Sues Fulton County Elections Director for Refusing to Hire Republican Poll Workers — Only 15 Republicans Hired Out of More than 800 Election Staff
The Gateway Pundit ^ | October 6, 2024 | Jim Hoft

The Republican National Committee (RNC), along with the Georgia Republican Party and the Fulton County Republican Party, has filed a lawsuit against Nadine Williams, the Director of Fulton County Department of Registration & Elections.

The lawsuit alleges that Williams intentionally excluded qualified Republican poll workers from the hiring process for the upcoming November 2024 election, hiring only 15 Republicans out of 804 total election staff.

The lawsuit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court, seeks an emergency writ of mandamus, demanding Williams immediately appoint the Republican poll workers that were submitted for consideration.

Under Georgia law, political parties are entitled to submit lists of qualified individuals to serve as poll workers, and election officials are required to ensure balanced representation from both parties at polling places.

However, according to the lawsuit, the RNC and its affiliates claim that Williams has outright ignored their lists, violating the state law meant to ensure fair elections.

Out of 62 qualified Republicans submitted to work on election day, only 6 were hired. Similarly, of the 45 Republicans who applied for early voting positions, a mere 9 were selected.

According to the filing:

“As of the date of filing this Application for Emergency Writ of Mandamus, RNC, GRP and Fulton GOP believe that a total of 62 individuals on their list have applied with Defendant to work on Election Day. However, Defendant has only hired 6 of these 62 qualified workers.

A large percentage of these 62 qualified workers have never been contacted or have no idea of whether Defendant Williams intends to issue an order of appointment.

Based upon information and belief, Defendant Williams has found that 12 of the 62 individuals that are willing to work on Election Day are qualified to work the elections. However, rather than issue an appointment, Defendant Williams has put these qualified poll workers “on reserve.”

Defendant Williams has ostensibly placed the RNC, GRP and Fulton GOP’s list of qualified workers at the back of the line for Election Day work.”

Such blatant cheating. Election fraud should carry a mandatory 10 years in prison with no early release.

The problem is finding an impartial judge to uphold a good law like that. I’ve lost so much confidence and respect in the judicial system in general.

I’d go for stripping citizenship and deporting anyone who interfered with voting. Becoming a stateless person would be a fitting punishment and a tough way to live the rest of one’s life. Killing people when they didn’t kill anyone isn’t the answer.

I would be willing to bet that zero Republicans have been hired to work in the centralized “counting” center in Fulton County. That’s where the real “magic” happens.

I would also bet that few if any of the tiny number of Republicans they did hire are non-black. In most of these swing states where we know massive fraud occurs, the army of foot soldiers that “makes the magic happen” is largely composed of “urban” blacks. Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta, …the story is the same everywhere. Of course, that is mostly because those areas are largely black, but I think it makes these cities the hotbeds of election fraud because these urban populations have a mindset that is tolerant of criminality in general. Many of them are committing other crimes on a regular basis, so they think nothing of committing large-scale fraud to get the election results they want.

And in the other states, like Wisconsin, it is armies of mostly white liberals consolidated in the college towns, like Madison, that have been so brainwashed by leftist academia that they also think nothing of doing whatever it takes to get what they want. But I don’t think those places commit the fraud on quite the same industrial scale as the fraud factories that are the centralized counting centers in the major urban hubs.

Another sunshine pu$$y like Fawni Willis, a stumpy political fascist hack who manages her stable of studs by handing out midnight pass keys to her hotel room?

Just put her behind bars as a criminal.

The basis of honest elections is a principle of equal party representation at the poll.
Trust but verify!
At each poll station, and in headquarters, there should be some workers of each party, to check on each other.
By law, in all places I have ever heard of.
Here in AZ, by law, the Inspector and Marshal must be of opposite parties, as well as the two judges, and the clerks.
There are many ways to cheat on elections, most rely on crooked election workers.
With 15 Republicans out of 800, the fix is in.

I agree stripping citizenship is the punishment along with leaving the country.
This ruling can NEVER be overturned.

However, if they return, EXECUTION is carried out immediately!

LOL, we give them a vote on how they live or die. Their vote counts. LOL

Just do what I did four years ago. I live in Georgia and registered as a poll worker as a Democrat. I got in on the election and the ballot auditing.

In FL, Ron D got rid of the fat f**k cheating RAT Elections woman — in Broward County, I think.

If Kemp truly has mended fences with Trump (I’m sus), then he needs to grow a pair of balls and TCB in Fulton. If he can’t find his balls, then borrow DeSantis’.
