GRAND RAPIDS - A Grand Rapids police officer was shot and killed early Sunday morning on the northeast side of the city. Officer Robert "Bobby" Kozminski, 29, died shortly after the shooting at 1:40 a.m. at 1233 Emerald NE when police responded to a domestic disturbance.
