Maurice left to take care of personal business and Mr. Stern, King Eric, and THE OTHER MALE GUEST left at the same time to pick up the boat.

On Greta's show, Greta asked Perper what would have been the time of the last dose of Chloral Hydrate?

Perper said that the last dose of Chloral Hydrate had to have been taken 2-3 hours before death.

With the info given in the Official Reports, this still puts Howard in the Hotel suite at the time of her last dose. Also, remember that all of the medications were not in her room but found in the guest room. All except the brownish liquid in the fruit jar. Was that the chloral hydrate?

Jack Eroshevich
of Vestal formerly of Steubenville, Ohio

Jack Eroshevich passed away peacefully on Monday, January 31st, at Willow Point Nursing Home, in the presence of his loving daughter, Khristine. The important part of a passing is not that the person has died, but that they have lived. The son of Max and Christine, Jack was born in Minsk, Russia, in 1911, and lived a rich life of 93 years which almost spanned the 20th century. Fleeing a country in revolution, his family passed through Ellis Island on their way to the coal fields of West Virginia, but ended up across the river in Steubenville, Ohio, where they settled in 1918. Jack was a 33-year dedicated employee of Trinity Medical Center East (formerly Ohio Valley Hospital) in Steubenville. He married his wife, Helen, on January 28, 1933, and together they raised their family in Steubenville. They relocated to Vestal in the 1990s.

For 14 years, Jack enjoyed the love and care of Willow Point's nursing staff, making him one of their longest residents. He was an inspiration to all who knew him because of his humor, animated personality and generosity.

Despite his simple origins, the love and fortitude Jack bestowed made possible greater achievements by his children. He will be sorely missed by his wife, Helen, of Vestal, his devoted son, Edward Howard, J.C.F.D., retired, of Greene, and his daughter, Khristine, M.D., of Studio City, California.

There is no perfect solution to such sadness - nor should there be as it makes us human. Also mourning Jack's passing are the two "apples" of his eyes, his only grandsons, Jack Edward Eroshevich of Endicott, and Max Eroshevich of Erie, Pennsylvania. They, and we, were blessed to have him in our lives. Jack is also survived by his in-laws, George Blabac and Dolly Spear, William Blabac and Lorraine, and Paul Blabac, Marjorie Okenica, Mary Klenovic, Rosemary Blabac, Irene Edlin, and Agnes and Frank Blaha; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his parents; and by siblings, Charles, Olga, Harry, Mary and Dorothy.

Funeral arrangements are by the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main Street, Johnson City. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the resident's fund of Willow Point Nursing Home, 3700 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, N.Y. 13850.
