Now - talking about the info they have about Daniel - toxicologist found methadone in the bile and in Daniel - also Dr. Kapoor is going to testify - UGHHHHHH and Wecht may go down and testify. GRRRR.
Next to hear from what Virgie thinks about the autopsy. And going inside the inquest into Daniel's death coming up.

Interesting fact...Dr. Wecht isn't on the witness list for the inquest. Other toxicology experts, etc., but not the private ME hired by Stern. OOPS! Wonder if Howard is worried.
I think Howie spoon-fed that line to Wecht. Howie didn't know that Perper would be able to find evidence of Methadone during his autopsy, figured if ANS hadn't been taking it for a couple of days, then there wouldn't be any trace of it. Surprise!
Wonder how Wecht feels now that Howie's made him look like a fool?

Perper fell for all the illusions that Howard and KE persented.
The idea that he could call it accidental "WITH AUTHORITY" is an absurdity. He doesn't KNOW that. It's impossible.
I agree with others who think Tiger was just trying to keep trouble away from their Hotel/Casino tribe moneymaker.
And Perper was too strongly influenced - from the beginning - by team STern.
OQuinn now on Greta - says the question is how did those drugs get in her body. Just to brush it off as accidental is not correct. If she was so sick why didn't they stop giving her drugs and get her to the hospital? You don't help a sick person by feeding them more drugs....
OQuinn - I don't like what he did - Greta: Problem is there is no proof of Stern doing anything wrong.....
OQuinn- the FACT is that she died from a number of drugs in her system - thats a fact. OQuinn - somebody furnished them - took them on the trip with them - made them available to her - even though she was a sick person and they gave her these drugs....should have gotten her to a hospital.
Still not impressed with Mr. OQuinn. Am glad he is serving for free but he is not bringing out facts - such as Chloral hydrate IS A DATE RAPE DRUG!!!

We all think HKS is responsible, but somehow there has to be proof.
You have that many witnesses saying different things-just doesn't add up. But what do I know?
Greta kind of snippy with O'Q....but he does have a point. If ANS was sooooo depressed, why keep providing the drugs? Lumpy said KE and Goat had no choice. What insanity is that??

Jack Eroshevich
of Vestal formerly of Steubenville, Ohio
Jack Eroshevich passed away peacefully on Monday, January 31st, at Willow Point Nursing Home, in the presence of his loving daughter, Khristine. The important part of a passing is not that the person has died, but that they have lived. The son of Max and Christine, Jack was born in Minsk, Russia, in 1911, and lived a rich life of 93 years which almost spanned the 20th century. Fleeing a country in revolution, his family passed through Ellis Island on their way to the coal fields of West Virginia, but ended up across the river in Steubenville, Ohio, where they settled in 1918. Jack was a 33-year dedicated employee of Trinity Medical Center East (formerly Ohio Valley Hospital) in Steubenville. He married his wife, Helen, on January 28, 1933, and together they raised their family in Steubenville. They relocated to Vestal in the 1990s.
For 14 years, Jack enjoyed the love and care of Willow Point's nursing staff, making him one of their longest residents. He was an inspiration to all who knew him because of his humor, animated personality and generosity.
Despite his simple origins, the love and fortitude Jack bestowed made possible greater achievements by his children. He will be sorely missed by his wife, Helen, of Vestal, his devoted son, Edward Howard, J.C.F.D., retired, of Greene, and his daughter, Khristine, M.D., of Studio City, California.
There is no perfect solution to such sadness - nor should there be as it makes us human. Also mourning Jack's passing are the two "apples" of his eyes, his only grandsons, Jack Edward Eroshevich of Endicott, and Max Eroshevich of Erie, Pennsylvania. They, and we, were blessed to have him in our lives. Jack is also survived by his in-laws, George Blabac and Dolly Spear, William Blabac and Lorraine, and Paul Blabac, Marjorie Okenica, Mary Klenovic, Rosemary Blabac, Irene Edlin, and Agnes and Frank Blaha; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his parents; and by siblings, Charles, Olga, Harry, Mary and Dorothy.
Funeral arrangements are by the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main Street, Johnson City. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the resident's fund of Willow Point Nursing Home, 3700 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, N.Y. 13850.
Mark Fuhrman said on H&C that this isn't a "Quincy" show and ME's don't go around investigating crime scenes and interviewing witnesses usually. He said that is the job of the police and their investigators. I've been wondering why Perper has been getting so involved in every aspect of this including his constant phone calls to Seidlin's courtroom and his "guarding" ANS' corpse and "escorting" her body to the Bahamas for her funeral.
O'Q needs to start coming up with the goods. He sits and makes these accusations everynight...and she lets him. But, at some point, like the day the autopsy report comes out he needs to start giving some facts or he needs to just shut up.
Maybe O'Q doesn't want to play his hand yet. Don't forget Virgie has that ex FBI agent working for her.
ok....I sort of enjoy someone asking the same questions I have. Why was ANS being supplied with these drugs? But, to each his own, I guess.
