Your repeated suggestion is the one that makes the most sense.
This is just one more of the thousands of "fed" policies that proves the fed has it's collective head up it's a$$ when creating these stupid rules and regs. They make light of these situations and simply say; "unintended consequences", and the people get to pay the bills.

That was not a very nice thing to say about West Virginians and totally untrue by my knowledge of the people. Your comment might make more sense for Arkansas since the two most storied "Arkansasans"(one a moved hooker) certainly don't seem to have any priorities "sex wise".

The only difficulty with hanging around might be the possibility of rather abrupt declines in price values for properties. With so many people bailing, the tax base will be decreasing and since the demoncrats are still in control in Califrisco that means more taxes.

Judging from what I have seen and heard from people in various parts of the US, I would say we are on the downhill slide to oblivion. The liberal demoncrats are winning handily in the arena of public education and the kids are getting more and more stupid every year. We have more and more "adults" who don't even know what "is" is.
