The twisted driver who massacred pedestrians celebrating the New Year on a New Orleans street and died in a shootout with police has been identified. Shamsud Din Jabbar, 42, a U.S citizen, drove a rental truck brandishing an ISIS flag into the crowd on Bourbon Street, killing at least 15 people and injuring dozens.
