George W. Bush has ripped the Constitution down from the White House wall, used it to blow his nose, spat on it, torn it into shreds, thrown the shreds in the trash, then squatted over that trash and taken a dump. And what have the "Conservatives" at FR done while he was doing this? They cheered him on! A truly sad day. If the founding fathers had wanted the President to be spying on our phone calls, they would have said so.
