Buc-ee's gas stations have become a popular phenomenon for Americans who want to fill their tank but also grab a sweet treat for the road. Here DailyMail.com takes a look inside the world's largest Buc-ee's station in Tennessee. If you've been sweating your way through the past few muggy weeks, it may seem impossible for you to remember a time when it was actually cold enough outside to warrant hats and scarves. But on June 24, a dairy farmer in Ireland tweeted out a pic of one of his calves sporting baby pink earmuffs, and the internet went wild. "So it turns out ear muffs for calves to stop them getting frostbite are a real thing," wrote Twitter user @ThisFarmingMan_. The post has since been liked 171,000 times and garnered more than 30,000 responses. But this isn't the...

Consumer demand for brisket in the U.S. has exploded over the past decade, thanks largely to the popularity of Texas barbecue. That has sent prices soaring for what was once a cheap cut of beef notorious for taking hours to cook. While the U.S. is ramping up beef production, it hasn't been enough to keep up with Americans' growing appetite for brisket.

BERLIN — Three environmental groups are criticizing the organizers of global climate talks in Poland for having too much meat on the meeting menu. The U.S.-based groups said their analysis showed that twice as many meat dishes as plant-based ones are being offered in the main food court of the conference venue. The meeting that started Sunday is supposed to help find ways to significantly reduce greenhouse gases that are blamed for global warming. Producing meat requires far more water and land and causes significantly higher greenhouse gas emissions than vegetarian alternatives. The Center for Biological Diversity, Farm Forward and...

She was working at the festival for Fire House BBQ, the news release said. Berry was treated at the festival by...

Brisket, a staple of the Hanukkah meal, too often ends up tough, tasteless and gray. But turning this culinary catastrophe into a winner is quite simple. When guests at my restaurant try my version of brisket, they are amazed that it is the same cut of meat that they grew up "not eating!" To make this recipe, it helps to have a smoker, but it isn't necessary. All you need is patience (it takes a long time to cook) and to buy the right cut of meat...
