A Pennsylvania doctor has been identified as the man who sent the package that caused a scare at the home of radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh on Thursday evening. Police said that Dr. Eric Brader, an emergency-room physician who lives in the northern Pittsburgh suburb of Wexford, Pa., sent a package that was intended to be a business proposition for Limbaugh.
