Biden is at it again with his “illegal voters first” agenda. In a move labeled as “humanitarian protection,” Biden just granted temporary amnesty for 100,000 Haitians. While there are around 10 million Americans who are unemployed. According to Biden and the Department of Homeland Security, Haitians can now apply for temporary protected status. Is this a true extended arm of help? Or another tactic for the Democrats to secure more votes? President Biden @POTUS United States government official Today my Administration announced a new 18 month designation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti. Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas @SecMayorkas Today, in...

Customs and Border Protection officers at the Otay Mesa Port of Entry seized more than 1,000 pounds of methamphetamine — worth an estimated $2.5 million — in a shipment of watermelons last week, authorities said. Officers arrested the driver, a 47-year-old Mexican national, on allegations of attempted drug smuggling. It was the second major seizure of methamphetamine at the Otay Mesa Port of Entry announced in the past week. On Tuesday, authorities said they recently found more than 2,400 pounds of meth worth $5.5 million in a medical supply shipment.

New charts reveals exactly how Joe Biden's inauguration triggered a surge of immigrants arriving at the southern border, despite repeated claims from administration officials that they inherited a broken system. The graphs - showing that border detentions and child arrivals dropped to their lowest level in years at the end of 2020 before rocketing as soon as Biden took office - derailed efforts by the top U.S. homeland security official to deliver a rosy message when he appeared before senators on Thursday. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was forced on the defensive after Sen. Ron Johnson produced his dramatic red...

'resident Biden alone caused this border crisis and he alone has the responsibility to stop it,' Minority Whip Rep. Steve Scalise of Louisiana told The FederalistLast Thursday, Republican Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds told WHO radio in Des Moines that she declined a request by the Biden administration to house illegally present foreign minors. Reynolds became the first GOP governor in the nation to refuse a temporary housing request for illegals trafficked by international drug cartels in league with Communist China to destabilize the United States. She models behavior more lawmakers would be prudent to heed. “This is not our problem,”...

Shortly before Christmas last year, Susan Rice and Jake Sullivan, two top advisers to President-elect Joe Biden, sat for an interview with EFE, a Spanish wire service, to issue a stark warning to migrants considering journeying north to the nation’s southern border: Don’t come now — but help is on the way. The next day, Biden was similarly pointed, saying his administration — while eager to roll back Donald Trump’s immigration policies — first needed to implement “guardrails” to avoid winding up with “2 million people on our border.” Less than a month later, the new president began tearing down...

VIDEOWatch Joe Biden debate Joe Biden debate each other over the border surge. One Joe Biden says "don't come" to the border while the other Joe Biden demanded that they "surge to the border." Finally, a third Joe Biden interjects to declare that he has given up on the border by not even bothering to appear there.

Tens of thousands of illegal immigrant women and children streamed across the U.S. border last year seeking asylum and protected status, claiming a "credible fear" of going home to the violence in Central America. President Obama addressed the crisis through increased border enforcement, more detention beds, more immigration judges and pressure on political leaders in their home countries. But a year later, new data obtained exclusively by Fox News shows the policy isn't stopping the influx. Not only are illegal immigrant women and children continuing to cross the border in large numbers, but the majority charged with crimes aren't even...

Border Surge: Secretary of State John Kerry warns of a new surge of illegals, just as Central America is being hit by a new wave of epidemics. No doubt about it: President Obama's open-borders policy is exposing us to disease, too. In a background press briefing at the U.N. last Tuesday, a senior State Department official said Secretary of State John Kerry told his counterparts from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Mexico that the pause in minors coming across our southern border was temporary, and that "we have to use this time to put in place more efforts, greater efforts...

This weekend, I had the opportunity to speak with a group of anti-amnesty protesters in Annapolis, Maryland. They were a small but very enthusiastic group and were grateful that I was there to provide a greater awareness for their cause. They protested at the intersection of West St. and Route 2 in Annapolis, a short drive from the governor’s mansion, where Martin O’Malley is seeking to bring illegal immigrant children, who crossed the southern border to Maryland. One of the ladies I spoke with was part of the “Free Republic” group. While they didn’t organize this particular protest, they...

Howdy everyone!! We're loading up the FReepercampmobile today and will be departing for Texas this afternoon. God willing, we will arrive McAllen Texas sometime Thursday night and will plant our flag at our border encampment on the American bank of the Rio Grande River!! We had planned this expedition several weeks ago and were intending to urge Governor Perry to call out the Texas Guard and or Texas militia units at his disposal and also to learn first hand what's happening at the border and to protest the government's lawless actions there. The president will not secure the border, will...

A flurry of legislative activity to address the border crisis is emerging as a major showdown between Tea Partiers and establishment politicians. Conservatives want to take the fight directly to President Barack Obama, whose executive amnesty policies they say is the primary cause of the problem. Leading the charge on the right are Sens. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee, and Ted Cruz (R-TX), the wily Tea Party freshman. The political establishment, on the other hand, prefers a legislated fix to a 2008 anti-human trafficking law, which they cite as a key cause of the...

Today at the Mexican Consulate just south of downtown Houston a protest against the illegal alien border surge was staged by concerned patriots. Apparently the word got out to the opposition forces. There were 25 to 30 illegals and associated supporters there as well. Our side numbered from 40 to 50 while I was on site. We were staged on opposite sides of the street. The illegals (they proclaimed themselves so, chanting "undocumented and unafraid") had a small public address system and had a designated wise-ass on the mike leading chants and taunts which actually were pretty comedic. The...

Here is a series of quotes regarding the unlawful border crossing surge of thousands of migrants into the United States from Texas. All of the quotes below are from the same individual. "We have an immediate humanitarian crisis that confronts this country. We also have a crisis in terms of: this country cannot absorb, nor should it, a limitless number of people, particularly children, who want to come across our border.""Clearly we have to indicate that we cannot give these children sanctuary except under extraordinary circumstances.""The United States cannot be expected to give sanctuary to every child in the...

Immigration: The general in charge of U.S. Southern Command says America's porous southern border poses as much a threat as any foreign power, with gangs and terrorist groups hiding among the tidal wave of illegals. If Marine Corps Gen. John Kelly, commander of the U.S. Southern Command, keeps warning about the crisis at our southern border, he may soon join the long list of generals and admirals sacked by this administration as it decimates the military. "In comparison to other global threats, the near collapse of societies in the hemisphere with the associated drug and (undocumented immigrant) flow are frequently...

Illegal Immigration: Texas Gov. Rick Perry states the obvious when he suggests that the flood of alien children coming to the U.S. from Latin America just might be a result of "ulterior motives" on the part of President Obama. Obama is like an arsonist who sets fires to help rescue people from burning buildings. He's asked Congress for $2 billion to deal with a child refugee crisis of his own making, money that could have gone to seal the border instead of having Border Patrol agents acting as glorified baby-sitters by cooking, cleaning and even doing laundry. A little-noted University...

The Law: Residents of city proud to be called Reagan Country rose up last week to halt busloads of illegal immigrants being dumped into their neighorhoods, showing why they may have started a grassfire national movement. To get into the town hall meeting at California's Murietta Mesa High School, you had to work your way through 200 angry protesters. Many of them were in green and white Mexican soccer jerseys and bandanas and waved Mexican flags, at least one with "Viva Mexico" stamped on it. "Ci-ti-zen-ship! Ci-ti-zen-ship!" shouted one young woman, pumping her flag along as the crowd's rage sizzled....

Ok, this is just the germination of the plan. We have independent units from the Bolinas Border Patrol and the Central Valley Citizens militia joining forces with independent citizens militia units of Texas to defend our southern border in Texas, to protest Obama's lawless open borders policies and to rally support for Governor Perry to officially call out Guard units and Texas militia units at his disposal to defend the border!! Lawsuits will not cut it. The invasion is happening now. Action must be taken NOW!! FReepers, Patriots, Militia members: Prepare to answer the call!!

HOUSTON, Texas—Militia groups in Texas and across the nation are responding to the Texas Border Surge announced Wednesday night by the offices of the Governor, Lt. Governor and Texas House Speaker. An announcement was made on several new media outlets including Facebook. The alert to the civilian militia groups, which includes many groups who showed up at the Clive Bundy ranch in Nevada, calls on all able bodied militia members to converge on the Laredo sector of the Texas/Mexico border. A man who identified himself on a national conference call as “Ruthless” said their objective it to “put up a...

A draft memo from a top Border Patrol official expresses alarm that the administration's handling of the border surge in south Texas is inviting more illegal crossings and overwhelming the DHS agencies. The memo calls for the administration to stop releasing illegal crossers into the United States and instead impose harsher "consequences" on illegal crossers. [DHS Logo] The document, attributed to Ronald D. Vitiello, deputy chief of the Border Patrol, includes revised estimates from the DHS statistics office on the size of the surge of unaccompanied minors. At the end of May, DHS projected that in FY 2014, the Border...

WASHINGTON – When it comes to shoring up the U.S.-Mexico border, the Obama administration won't take yes for an answer. Key members of Congress want to spend more. The president is saying no thanks. Last week, the administration unveiled a plan to redeploy as many as 500 customs, immigration, border and firearms agents to the Southwest border – not by hiring, but by shifting them from other, mostly unspecified, duties. They won't come from the northern border, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano assured Congress. Beyond that, she would say only that they'll come from "less urgent activities" – a red...
