Viral tweet of college exam experience gets attention of university president...Ann, you’re clearly cut out for UT!... Ann Mark is a freshman at the University of Texas in Austin, and she’s officially trending on Twitter after sharing her first college exam experience. Anyone who’s had final exams can probably relate to Mark’s hilarious retelling of her inexperience with college finals. Mark didn’t realize she needed a blue book to write an essay, or that her exam was in a different place than where her class usually is.

It is the equivalent of the bible for Wisconsin political and media junkies, and its biennial publication makes its release celebrated among the state’s political class. It is the Wisconsin Blue Book. First published in 1853, the Blue Book is a product of the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau. It was one of the best legislative and political resources available to Wisconsinites on their state government, filled with the biographies of all state and federal office holders, information on state government agencies, statistical data, recent election results and the Wisconsin Constitution.
