Tuesday on CNN’s “NewsCentral,” Sen. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) claimed President Donald Trump was an “idiot” who “doesn’t actually understand how the military works.” Co-host Boris Sanchez said, “Senator, is there anything in place that would prevent the president from going about using certain cities in the United States as a training ground for the military, as he described it earlier today?” Gallego said, “Look, the president is an idiot. He doesn’t actually understand how the military works. The first thing it’s going to be is that most U.S. citizens will stand against that in civil protests, and you’ll have many...

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer deliberately plunged the country into a government shutdown in an effort to improve his standing with his party’s far-left flank and score political points against Republicans amid Democrats’ faltering poll numbers, analysts and GOP lawmakers told the Daily Caller News Foundation. Schumer led Democrats in blocking a GOP spending bill to fund the government on Tuesday, triggering a funding lapse Wednesday at 12:01 a.m. The lead Democrats’ decision to embrace a politically risky shutdown comes as his favorability rating is underwater with Democratic voters and there is mounting speculation whether he will face primary or...

The Alabama Policy Institute (API) is dedicated to improving the lives of Alabamians by promoting public policy that honors the principles of free markets, limited government, and strong families. From this foundational perspective, we see Alabama’s Senate Bill 129, which restricts mandatory Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and offices in public entities, as a vital piece of legislation that deserves to stand up to judicial scrutiny. SB 129 was signed into law by Gov. Kay Ivey (R) in March of last year. The core of the law is not to censor, discriminate, or whitewash but to restore balance between...

Politics is a dirty business. It always has been. But today, politics is sometimes too often synonymous with violence. While there were many catalysts that resulted in violence being seen as a “legitimate” form of political discourse, one stands out: Columbia University, 1968. That year, a combination of black and anti-war activists took over a building on the campus of New York’s premier university. They demanded that Columbia cancel a proposed nearby gymnasium that was claimed to be racist and end its relationship with a Department of Defense-affiliated think tank. The NYPD eventually ejected the activists after a series of...

Exclusive: new Senate documents show members of Congress, others placed under an intrusive surveillance for dubious reasons under now-defunct TSA program \=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\ Ahead of Tuesday hearings on the subject, the Senate’s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC) obtained documents showing three members of Congress, all Republicans, were followed under the TSA’s just-discontinued Quiet Skies program, which became infamous last summer when whistleblowers revealed bomb-sniffing dogs and Air Marshals were assigned to follow former Hawaii Congresswoman and future National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard. The members’ names have not yet been publicly released, but they were turned over to the Committee...

Newly uncovered documents from the National Archives shed light on the extensive preparation materials used by the Biden White House, including palm-sized note cards that provided the former president with photos and basic biographies of prominent Democrats he had worked alongside for decades. These cards, obtained through an investigation into the administration’s use of an autopen, detail reminders for events where Biden interacted with figures such as Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer. One card, prepared for the Presidential Medal of Freedom ceremony in January 2025, listed recipients with accompanying images and brief descriptions. It included a photo of Clinton along...

Vile Legacy: From Nazi Cheerleaders to Inventors of Anti-Israel Apartheid and Genocide Lies Just as the first PLO chairman, Ahmad Shukeiri—who shockingly justified the Holocaust in 1946 [1] and invented the baseless "apartheid" slur against Israel in 1961 [2]—admitted in his 1969 writings that Arab-Palestinians cheered and prayed for Nazi victory during World War II [3]; So too, another PLO terror leader, Farouk Qaddoumi, fabricated the "genocide" libel against Israel in 1980 [4] and openly confessed in 2013 that Arab-Palestinians supported the Nazis, viewing Zionism as their mutual enemy [5]. Back to Shukeiri, classic was his real genocidal "prediction" days...

In 2021, Katharina Krüsselmann finished her PhD research on a possible link between legal firearms ownership and violent deaths in Europe. The news article was published by the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. From the article: Firearms are the most deadly weapons in common use. So you would expect that the more there are, the more murders are committed with them. But Katharina Krüsselmann did not find such a link when she compared studies on firearm use in Europe. She says this is in part because the murder rate is extremely low in many European countries, which makes small...

According to the arrest statement, on Sept. 28, 2025, Nevills traveled from his residence in Twin Falls, ID, to Utah. GAZA — Despite early reports that the Palestinian terrorist organization was open to accepting the terms of President Donald Trump's brokered peace plan, Hamas rejected the deal to end alleged genocide in the region after learning it would require them to stop killing Jews. Trump's 20-point roadmap to peace initially seemed to be on the fast track to being approved by both Hamas and Israel shortly after he announced it, but hopes of a lasting end to hostilities were dashed when Hamas said they would not accept any deal that meant they would need to stop plotting and carrying out...

US scientists have, for the first time, made early-stage human embryos by manipulating DNA taken from people's skin cells and then fertilising it with sperm. The technique could overcome infertility due to old age or disease, by using almost any cell in the body as the starting point for life.It could even allow same-sex couples to have a genetically related child. The method requires significant refinement - which could take a decade - before a fertility clinic could even consider using it.Experts said it was an impressive breakthrough, but there needed to be an open discussion with the public about what science...

Once I was safely across the intersection, I continued to pursue the motorcycle. The motorcycle approached a white Ford 150 traveling north on State Route 23 and attempted to pass it. The driver's helmet struck the driver's mirror on the Ford F-150 and he lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle traveled off the left shoulder of State Route 23 and struck the ditch drain. After impact with the drain, the motorcycle vaulted into the air, struck a tree, and the driver was thrown off the motorcycle. The driver was thrown across Burton Street and into a barrier in the...

A frequent reaction when understanding the revelations of the Obama Surveillance System is: “WOW! If only 1/2 of this is true, why haven’t heads rolled?“This is a very common response. The problem that few understand and even fewer accept, is that this is not a partisan issue. Every element within the DC system is a stakeholder in maintaining the status of corruption; that includes every republican and every democrat, every leftist, moderate, liberal, libertarian and every conservative. The entire DC system including the RNC and DNC are aligned to retain and expand the surveillance state, including popular and well-known names like Devin...

Consequently, Trump’s technical team has sought to create a loophole, according to 4 sources familiar with discussions on the matter. Turkey will remove a component from the S-400 and declare it ‘inoperable’. It would be the anti-aircraft system equivalent of rendering a rifle inoperable by removing the bolt or taking the firing pin out of other firearms.

It was midnight. I think it was in June - perhaps July - maybe August- perhaps later. I'm not really sure since it was maybe almost 10 years ago. I was sitting outside on the fenced-in porch of our apartment in Meridian, MS. We were lucky that our apartment faced a woodsy area, so I had an ample amount of privacy as I sat. The temperatures were very nice and comfortable - perhaps a little warmer than it would normally be. I wasn't from around there so I didn't know what was normal and what was not. I was here...
