Obama and Gore's liberal supporters except us to treat their idols as suprahuman. If you question Al Gore's popularized misinterpretations of scientific theories, you're a heretic. If the ABC debate asks Saint Barry about his Wright issues, the Dem Underground mob lets out a howl and demands the scalps of ABC producers who of course are in the pay of Karl Rove.

Pardon the vanity, but I have a question that I can not seem to determine the answer to. Did the Air Force, in choosing the Airbus A330 as the new refuelling tanker platform, violate the "Buy American Act" originally signed into law in 1933?

Question for locals in NC: Where might I find a good list of local conservative politicains to vote for in the primary 16 May ? I know there are several Republican primary duels and we want to choose the most conservative. Thanks ! mzimmpa

Freudenschade, baby! Break out the victory champagne. Obama has already won the Pennsylvania primary. Yes, the DUmmies are already celebrating the victory that is yet to happen. In fact, the actual election results are a mere technicality since the DUmmies have a poll showing that Barack will win. Yes, celebrate my little DUmmies. Guzzle down that Freudenschade brand of champagne. Finally Hillary can be put away permanently, never to come back slashing at Obama like Michael Myers. You can join the DUmmie victory celebration in progress at this THREAD titled, "Obama 49/Clinton 46-Public Policy Polling-Final PA (Most Accurate This...

In light of what Kathleen [Seidel] and other scientists are going through, and the fact that there continues to be no scientific support for the ongoing scares being directed at innocent young parents over mercury exposures and vaccinations for their children, it is egregious that this article published in the British Medical Journal last week has not even been reported. As Owen Dyer wrote in the Journal on April 19th: Wakefield admits fabricating events The doctor whose study triggered a collapse in public confidence in the combined measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine told a disciplinary panel last week that...

Here's a True Crime post and we've got updates on that FLDS cult plus more confusion. The women go home to their beloved, fine husbands and lie and evade for the reporters. Plus some very mean significant others to include a fellow who locked his new bride in a dog cage, a boyfriend who slipped his pregnant girlfriend an abortion pill and an angry ex-boyfriend who totally trashed his ex's house. With pics of his damage, of course. Finally, Drew Peterson's stepbrother...does he know where Stacey is? And a thief who stole the guy's car than ran over him and...

Summary: Microsoft are disabling WebDAV access to all hotmail.com accounts. This means Hotmail Pop Links and Outlook Express access to hotmail.com accounts will stop working at the end of June 2008. {snip} ...Microsoft have changed to using a new protocol. Rather than offering an open and standard protocol such as POP or IMAP, they’re using a new one they call DeltaSync for their live.com and new hotmail.com accounts. This protocol is not an open or standardised protocol. It’s a Microsoft proprietary one and only works with their Windows Live Mail, Vista Mail and Outlook Office Outlook Connector.

Your Opinion Counts The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) & U.S. Congress wants your opinion regarding proposed rule changes. Comments are due April 28, 2008 Thank you for taking the time to comment on these proposed rule changes that would adversely affect your Air 1 station. The time you invest in this could keep Christian radio strong. Here is some additional information about what is happening and why your opinion counts. While the FCC is considering these rule changes, at the moment nothing is "set in stone" as they await public comment. If any of these changes were adopted, there...

The Iraq Status report has a translation of al-Qaeda's Zawahiri's call to do or die in Iraq. The full text follows after the Read More. The most comedic moment comes when he tries to revile Moqtada al-Sadr as a poseur and a loser; saying in effect that the Boy Wonder is all hat and no cattle. What old whiskers fails to realize is that he might very well be talking about himself. "Iraq today is now the most important arena in which our Muslim nation is waging the battle against the forces of the Crusader-Zionist campaign. Therefore, backing the mujahidin...

Whomever the Democratics nominate this time, it will be a first: It will NOT be a white male (unless you count Barry as half-white or Hillary as ha--uh, let's not go there). Identity Politics has driven the Democrat race. Guilt-wracked whites, wanting to appear enlightened, have supported the clean and articulate Magic Negro. They were joined finally by blacks, when Bill's dismissive South Carolina comments made them decide Barack was black enough. Meanwhile, old feminist teacher-union types have been supporting Hillary!. But Identity Politics will not be enough to win in November. In order to succeed, the Dem candidate...

In addition to recent endorsements from such luminaries as New Mexico’s Governor Bill Richardson, former Clinton Cabinet member Robert Reich, former Democratic Senators Sam Nunn (Georgia) and David Boren (Oklahoma), Senator Barack Obama (D-Ill.) received a not unexpected endorsement from Hamas, the Palestinian terrorist organization. The announcement came in the midst of former president Jimmy Carter’s tour of the region. “While we do not know this Obama well, we have been advised of his sterling qualities by President Carter during his visit,” said Ahmed Yousef, chief political adviser to Palestine’s Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniya. “President Carter, who is one...

What Is Political Correctness? Political Correctness (PC) is the communal tyranny that erupted in the 1980s. It was a spontaneous declaration that particular ideas, expressions and behaviour, which were then legal, should be forbidden by law, and people who transgressed should be punished. (see Newspeak) It started with a few voices but grew in popularity until it became unwritten and written law within the community. With those who were publicly declared as being not politically correct becoming the object of persecution by the mob, if not prosecution by the state. The Odious Nature Of Political Correctness To attempt to point...

I was too young and too apolitical to pay much attention to the civil rights battles of the early and mid- 1960s, graduating from college in that year of years, 1968. It wasn’t until a year later, far from home, that the faded stories I’d heard of prejudice against black Americans were brought home. In 1969 the Vietnam War was taking a terrible toll on young military fliers, and US Navy flight training had been compressed to help replenish the ranks of ensigns and lieutenants who were being shot down in Asia. As is probably true of all wars, the...

What would change if the US Constitution consisted of ONLY: Article I, Section 8, clause 18 (the necessary and proper clause) And: Article I, Section 8, c 1-3 (the commerce clause) The "Bill of Rights" could be replaced by The "Bill of Recommendations (subject to the whims of the Executive, Congress, and the Judiciary)". The First Amendment is already just taken as a basic recommendation, to be modified when convenient; same goes for the Second Amendment. The Ninth is toilet paper. The Tenth is a complete fiction, it may as well not even be there. So, what would change? I'm...

WMAL just updated and improved their web site last week. Next to the "What's Hot" red tab section, there's an "Insider Central" red tab on the right side of the screen. I see nothing inside that Insider Central box, which is perhaps 2" x 3", except a blank powder-blue colored box. I was told that I should see a 7-tab slide show under "Insider Central". In the "What's Hot" box I see all kinds of things going through -- Top News, Local News, G&A, Chris Plante & Insiders ( a 5-tab slide show). I contacted Comcast customer service (I have...

Strange, but Ayers' self-described "typical safe house" sounds just like an Obama campaign office! "During his fugitive years, Mr. Ayers said, he lived in 15 states, taking names of dead babies in cemeteries who were born in the same year as he. He describes the typical safe house: there were usually books by Malcolm X and Ho Chi Minh, and Che Guevara's picture in the bedroom; fermented Vietnamese fish sauce in the refrigerator, and live sourdough starter donated by a Native American that was reputed to have passed from hand to hand over a century." (snip) "Mr. Ayers, who in...

Waxman today wrote a letter to David Chu, an under secretary at the Department of Defense, demanding to know why these waivers had been granted to felons convicted of sexual assault and terrorist threats. The full text of his letter is below: The Honorable David Chu Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness U.S. Department of Defense 4000 Defense Pentagon Washington, DC 20301-4000 Dear Dr. Chu: Thank you for responding to the Committee's request for information regarding military personnel waivers issued to U.S. service members. Does Barack Obama’s choice of associates make him unfit for office? Most of us learned this wise fable in grade school, and it is difficult to envision a Harvard lawyer like Barack Obama not being aware of it. The Farmer and the Stork (Aesop, Translated by George Fyler Townsend) A FARMER placed nets on his newly-sown plowlands and caught a number of Cranes, which came to pick up his seed. With them he trapped a Stork that had fractured his leg in the net and was earnestly beseeching the Farmer to spare his life. “Pray save me, Master,” he said, “and...
