Mr Bowers who was president and one of the directors of Akins Group Inc resigned as president. That is all. Mr Bowers did not solely comprise Akins Group Inc and his resignation does not terminate the corporation nor does it mean the efforts to rectify the BATFE 2006-02 ruling are "officially dead".
