Orly Taitz, Esq. and Gary Kreep, Esq., argue before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to have Barnett, Keyes et al v. Obama and Drake, Robinson v. Obama be heard and discovery granted. Orly does a fantastic job. Kreep helps.

“There have been 62 Obama judicial nominations confirmed including Supreme Court Justices Sotomayor and Kagan. It is unfathomable how far-reaching the consequences of an unlawful presidency would be. Federal judges hear hundreds of cases per year.”

Updates in the BARNETT v OBAMA case in Judge Carter's court: Request for investigation of misconduct in legal proceedings, submission of perjured affidavits, submission of a letter to court by an attorney with improper purpose of covering up criminal activity and obstruction of justice, withholding evidence by attorneys, and US attorneys acting under conflict of interest From 11.11.09. to 11.22.09. I had the honor to be a delegate at the Continental Congress 2009. One of the guest speakers for the Continental Congress was a former Immigration officer and currently a private investigator in CO, Mr. John Samson. I have stated...

Judge Carter: “The writ of quo warranto must be brought within the District of Columbia because President Obama holds office within that district.” I was impressed with the integrity of Judge Carter’s ruling today. It gives me hope that the POTUS eligibility issue will eventually have its day in court on the merits. POLITICAL QUESTION DOCTRINE. Congress is the branch the Constitution empowers to remove a sitting President. The power to judicially enforce any review of POTUS eligibility is a pre-requisite to judicial involvement as the federal courts do not have the power to issue simple advisory opinions. A declaratory...

Barnett v. Obama: Important Discovery Is Available Now According To Judge Carter’s Order of Sept. 17, 2009. Today, Judge Carter issued a limited discovery order pertaining to the case of Barnett v. Obama. Judge Carter’s order stated: All discovery herein shall be stayed pending resolution of Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, except for any discovery as to which Plaintiffs can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of Magistrate Judge Nakazato, is necessary for the purpose of opposing the Motion to Dismiss. Regarding that order, one of my astute readers (Joe The Blogger) asked the following question which led me to write this post:...

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin tells POLITICO that widespread blogosphere reports about a possible divorce from her husband, Todd, are “made up.” In a brief telephone interview on Tuesday night, Palin quipped that she loves finding out “what’s goin’ on in my life from the news.” “Do you want to talk to Todd?” she teased. “He’s sitting right next to me.” But he didn’t come on the line. The former governor and her family were in New York City to visit her publisher, HarperCollins Publishers. Read more: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0809/25819.html#ixzz0NKHz4XQd

It began as a joke, a way to let off a little steam -- now "Dear IRS" has infiltrated the nation's newspapers, Internet blogs and Web sites, and it continues to spread. Once tax season hit, Ed Barnett was feeling sour. After simmering for a few weeks, he poured his frustrations into a letter to the Wichita Falls (Texas) Times Record News, which was published Feb. 6. In it, the Wichita Falls native and former Times Record News staffer apologized to the Internal Revenue Service for his inability to pay income taxes this year. After listing several dozen reasons why...

The title of this blog post is not what Mr. Barnett said verbatim. However I can’t see how anybody can take any different inference from the following quote from a book lecture he gave recently on CSPAN: Thomas P.M. Barnett: In the book, first chapter, seven deadly sins of Bush/Cheney, I’m very Catholic, I start off by saying, hey, these guys did some things very, very well. What they did first and foremost well, they did not screw up China. Hundred years from now they’re gonna look at the Iraq war and say, It’s like the Boer War 1905 for...

I have long argued that legal immigrants everywhere would do themselves a favor by speaking out against the abuses of illegal immigration. A case in point is the Hispanic community’s pattern of defending and rationalizing the depraved indifference and arrogance of those illegal immigrants who trample others’ property rights while demanding pampered treatment for themselves. The Facts Roger Barnett is an Arizona rancher whose property has been violated too many times to list by illegal immigrants over the years. They have left him presents in the form of human waste, garbage, and dead cattle which died from ingesting their trash....

-snip- McCain made his first million the old-fashioned way: he married the daughter of a wealthy businessman. But Barack Obama, the son of an absent African father and a mother who relied on government-issued food stamps to feed her children, became a millionaire in a more modern manner – on the back of a book deal. It happened circuitously. In 1990, Obama was already enough of a celebrity – the first black president of the prestigious Harvard Law Review – for the New York publishers Simon & Schuster to offer a “six-figure contract” for a proposed autobiography. The only problem...

THE SUNDAY RASMUSSEN tracking poll showed some interesting results. John McCain was in the lead with 17 percent of the vote. It was the first time all year that McCain led the poll. Careful observers will note that on Sunday, the year 2007 was 364 days old. Years don't get much older than that. Romney and Huckabee trailed McCain by a single point at 16 percent, and some guy named Giuliani stood at 15 percent. Fred checked in with 12 percent. My apologies. That crack about Rudy wasn't fair. But his plan to win the nomination--get beat like a rented...

They dislike him! They really dislike him! Time Magazines’ Joe Klein has an article on Mitt Romney today that isn’t particularly favorable. Actually, it’s downright hostile. Before continuing, I must confess to liking Joe Klein. I enjoyed “Primary Colors,” and have always thought him a far more entertaining media presence than the leftwing bloggers do. Those guys hate him. The point of Klein’s article is that Mitt Romney rubs him the wrong way. There’s really nothing more substantive there, or certainly nothing more substantive that you haven’t already heard 8 million times before. As required by the Time Magazine...

Idiotic. Disgusting. Stupid. Moronic. I guess you could say that Ann loves to shock us, but at this point, who’s shocked? She obviously can’t behave well enough to attend a respectable political gathering. It’s not a lack of intelligence. It’s an indifference to self-control and a preening sort of narcissism that compels her to need the spotlight, even if it’s unflattering. (For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, here’s audio of her calling John Edwards a “faggot” at CPAC today.) --- Michelle Malkin - ***4:15pm update*** Ann Coulter just finished her riff on Al Gore, tossed...

Grandfather gives tearful testimony; sides make opening statements By Jonathan Clark Herald/Review BISBEE — Arturo Morales began to sob as he told jurors how he tried to console his young granddaughter and her friend as a furious Roger Barnett, handgun holstered at his side, told them to get off his property or he would start shooting. “They were asking, ‘Why does he want to kill us?’ and I just held their hands,” said the 59-year-old Morales, one of the plaintiffs in a civil trial accusing Barnett of terrorizing a hunting party during an incident in 2004. “I could not stop...

After months of tacit approval, Vermont Democrats made it official: Bernie Sanders is one of them, at least for this election season. Attracting national Democratic support...Howard Dean, ...Harry Reid...Sen. Russ Feingold have backed Sanders’ Senate bid. Max Borders: Joining me is Thomas P.M. Barnett, author of the new book, Blueprint for Action. It's a follow-up to the phenomenally successful The Pentagon's New Map. Welcome, Tom. Thomas Barnett: Thanks for having me. Borders: Before getting into the details of your new book, Blueprint for Action, would you mind going over the "Core-Gap" thesis, the foundation for your first book? Barnett: The first book really began out of work I was doing for the Office of Secretary of Defense, helping them think about the international security environment, post 9/11. And my charge was to come up with a...
