Our Obama's judges and their rulings defacto or de jure?

If Obama is exposed for the fraud POTUS that he is, the court system will be even worse than it is now with de facto judges making thousands of rulings.

It's quite possible that's why Obama’s ineligibility will be ignored. It's obvious from remarks by Chief Justice Roberts and Clarence Thomas that the issue has been discussed ‘out of school’.

I predict the next Republican elected President won't touch the issue, and the next Democrat elected President will issue a preemptive pardon of Obama regarding eligibility issues.
