SAUSAGE-loving Germans are being offered degrees in their favourite subject - bangers. Expert Norbert Wittmann has set up the Sausage Academy in Neumarkt to offer qualifications in the appreciation and preparation of German sausages. Students can earn a BA diploma - Banger Authority - by boosting their studies with extra seminars in lager choices, mustard appreciation and which oompah band music goes with different types of sausage.
