Virginia House of Delegates member Kathy Tran has spoken out in an attempt to explain the unpopular and radical pro-abortion bill she presented to her colleagues earlier this week. The legislation, she admitted before Subcommittee Chair Todd Gilbert, would allow women to have abortions up until the stage of labor - through all 40 weeks. "I introduced a bill to repeal the medically unnecessary and duly burdensome that Virginia women face when they’re accessing this health care service in consultation with their doctor," Tran said in defense of The Repeal Act. “I was really surprised by the line of questioning...

They came on buses and trains, carrying British and English flags and homemade signs. Elderly veterans wore their uniforms and medals. Young men handed out political flyers. As the crowd swelled under leaden skies, a wail of bagpipes signaled the start of the march. A march for Brexit – a clean break from the European Union – and against Prime Minister Theresa May and any other politician who dares to defy the 17.4 million Britons who voted in 2016 to leave. “Hard Brexit, Traitor May,” read one flag. Sunday’s pro-Brexit march by UKIP, a populist anti-EU party, was modest in...

If we learned anything from the Kavanaugh smear and the endless Russia collusion investigation, it’s that just as Islam is a political system masquerading as a religion, Democratic Party ideals are a religion masquerading as a political system. What they tried to do to Kavanaugh in declaring him a rapist with an absolute lack of evidence, has shown Americans that they do not care who gets hurt in their pursuit of power. How many male voters thought, “That could be me.” How many women voters thought, “That could be my husband; that could be my son.” Yet Kavanaugh is merely...

Straka also talks about the first #WalkAway Campaign march he will be hosting in Washington D.C. on Oct 26-28th. For more details...

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump's policy of taking immigrant children from their parents at the southern border may have been designed to push Democrats to the negotiating table in Congress — but it could end up costing Republican lawmakers. "Democrats can fix their forced family breakup at the Border by working with Republicans on new legislation, for a change!" Trump wrote on Twitter Saturday. "This is why we need more Republicans elected in November." But the policy, which has separated some 2,000 children from their parents in just six weeks, could have the opposite effect as anxious Republican lawmakers fear...

In Germany, the case of a young Muslim refugee charged with the rape and murder of a teenage girl has captured media attention and rocked Germany’s Jewish community: The victim, 14-year-old Susanna Feldman, was Jewish. Before it appeared that anti-Semitism likely played no role in this crime, the...

When my mother graduated from college in 1972, she interviewed at an investment bank where a manager told her that for certain positions, women were interviewed but never hired. Even in the late 1980s, she went on interviews with headhunters who would explicitly tell her, “They want to interview a woman,” with the emphasis on “interview”— as in, not hire. Through the decades, as she’s climbed the ranks to become a CFO of publicly traded company, I’ve often told these stories to show how much more opportunity exists in the workplace today. In the aftermath of the MeToo movement around...

Comedian Steve Harvey said he ultimately regrets his decision to meet with President Trump, saying he should have listened to his wife's advice not to attend the meeting. God, I should've listened," Harvey told The Hollywood Reporter. Harvey, who interviewed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton during the campaign, met with Trump in January at Trump Tower before his inauguration. Former President Barack Obama's transition team facilitated...
