Concerned about security at their school and the suspension of a history teacher who questioned that security last week, dozens of Cherry Hill East High School students participated in a brief sit-in demonstration Monday.
Last week, teacher Timothy Locke was suspended after discussing his concerns about security during one of his classes, the teacher says.

IN SUPPORT OF THEIR TEACHER who got suspended for “questioning” security
Psychological counseling because he dared to bring up a real and contemporary issue.
I hope he sues their hides
If this teacher thought that the best way to change the security situation in their school, was to share his feelings about it with students, then he is not fit to be a teacher, IMO.

Yesterday they had 500 signatures in support...today estimate 95% of the student body walked out. The guy is loved and respected by his students because he tells them the TRUTH...
Just more attention-whoring from both sides in addition to the students getting out of school.
My grand daughter will be a freshman at Cherry Hill East next year. Bit of a liberal community but the HS is ranked #7 in all of NJ. My family and I will be monitoring her education very closely and extract every liberal thought that gets put into her head.

Nope....the teacher got suspended was order to get physco tested...had his belongings search ...ALL because he said the school was not secure enough..
Some snowflake went to the office and complained she was frightened.
Physical exam too! I bet they jam that hot poker so far up his rear end, that he NEVER questions authority again.

They were in control of the schools when I was there in the seventies and eighties, just hadn’t reached critical mass sufficient to purge all disagreement. That seems to have occurred during the Clinton administration and it’s spiraled downward since. My 14 year old niece attends a beautiful brand new county high school in a prosperous suburb, and it’s Stepford Students, I kid you not. They cheer wildly over scenes in plays dealing with rather juvenile displays of homosexuality or transsexualism, they’re thoroughly brainwashed. There’s a great deal of danger coming down the line with this next generation. I’ll be an old man and pretty much at their mercy by the time they take power and it’s not going to be pretty, not for us, who disagree with them.
I see what the problem is.
He questioned the security at the school. What he SHOULD have done was call for sweeping gun bans.

When I was that age I was reading Ayn Rand—she can start with “Anthem”—an easy read and a great antidote to the school propaganda.

My sister and brother-in-law are meek to the point of timid and frankly not that aware, I try to deprogram my niece to limited effect. The most effective thing I’ve done thus far is to turn the old sixties mantra around on them: “Always question authority.” They don’t, it’s such lockstep conformity that it’s alarming. It frightens my old hippie friends, old McGovern voters, they quietly voted for Trump and don’t dare say a word, lest they bring the wrath of the Borg down upon themselves.

At least that would be entertaining, these kids are automatons.

Mostly through the wonders of trust funds allowing them lots of free time, while conservatives had to work for a loving, leaving them little energy at the end of the day to attend school board meetings and the like - conservatives just got run over by the liberal juggernaut.
