<p>Anti-war activists will hold a news conference Tuesday in San Francisco calling for a shutdown of the city's financial district if war breaks out.</p>
<p>Representatives from the group organizing the news conference, Direct Action to Stop the War, will call on Bay Area residents to walk out of school and work if war is declared, and conduct mass civil disobedience in San Francisco.</p>
