Cellphone video taken Wednesday evening at a Target store in Simi Valley shows a man randomly attacking a woman while she was shopping, and then the good Samaritans who jumped in to help her and stop the man. Cellphone footage captured a seemingly random, violent and frightening attack inside a Simi Valley Target store Wednesday night, in which a 34-year-old man was arrested and several people were injured. Officers with the Simi Valley Police Department responded around 6 p.m. June 17 to a reported disturbance at the Target store located at 51 Tierra Rejada Road. According to police, a man later identified as Rejean Tabor immediately began choking a female customer standing at a checkout counter moments after he entered the store.
