CARSON CITY -- Assemblywoman Chris Giunchigliani demanded Monday that Sen. Joe Neal, D-North Las Vegas, and a deputy district attorney apologize for saying the drive to legalize marijuana in Nevada is financed by an investor with ties to the South American drug cartel.
