A criminal immigrant accused of carrying out a shooting spree in Georgia that killed three people was found dead inside his jail cell. Olaolukitan Adon-Abel, 26, was discovered unresponsive late on Tuesday night in his cell at a DeKalb County jail, according to the sheriff's office.
