Adva Biton, the mother of Hilda Adelle, who was murdered in a stone-throwing attack in Samaria, gave birth Sunday to a seventh child. Following the birth, Biton wrote, "By the grace of God, thanks to Rabbi Meir Baal Haness, I gave birth to our seventh daughter on the same date of her sister, Adele, of blessed memory! A mixture of emotions! Only happy occasions!" Adelle was the family's fourth child. After her injury, Adva Biton gave birth to the family's first boy in 2014, and to another son in 2016. The new baby is Adelle's first younger sister. In 2013,...

The five terrorists who in 2013 threw rocks at the car of the Biton family and critically wounded two-year-old Adelle, ultimately resulting in her death two years later, were on Thursday sent to 15 years in prison after being convicted of manslaughter rather than murder. It was reported in December that the terrorists’ attorneys signed a plea bargain under which all five terrorists will confess to and be convicted of manslaughter, receive a prison sentence of 15 years and each will pay 30,000 shekels to the Biton family. The plea bargain was approved by the Military Court in Samaria.

The Israeli embassy in Britain sent a letter of complaint to a Muslim Labour MP after she claimed that no Israeli children had been killed by rock-throwing Palestinians, The Jewish Chronicle reported Monday. During a parliamentary debate on child detainees and prisoners in Palestinian Authority-controlled territories, the MP Naz Shah claimed it was “absolutely unacceptable” to arrest children. She then claimed the Israeli government had provided no evidence of Israeli children being killed or injured by Palestinian minors protesting in Judea and Samaria. “The fact is that the disproportionality of someone throwing a stone or a rock and being detained...

Four-year-old Adelle Biton, who passed away following a rapid deterioration in her condition due to a bout with pneumonia, will be buried in her hometown of Yakir in Samaria, the family announced on Tuesday night. The Biton family said that the funeral will take place on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., despite the difficulties imposed by the Civil Administration, which denied the request to bury Adelle in Yakir, citing the lack of a master plan for a cemetery in a 20 dunam area set aside by the Shomron Regional Council. Adelle was critically wounded in March 2013, when the family car...

Adva Biton appeared in a military court on Thursday, bearing testimony against the suspects thought to have thrown the rock that critically wounded her three-year-old daughter Adelle last March. Adelle has yet to regain consciousness. Speaking at the court in Megiddo, Adva testified that although her daughter miraculously survived the direct-hit from the rock on her head while riding in the family car, she has not been able to make a full recovery from the horrific attack. "I have a girl but she doesn't communicate, as far as I'm concerned it's as if she's living while dead," said the stricken...

Three-year-old Adelle Biton of the Samarian (Shomron) Jewish community of Yakir, who was critically wounded in a rock attack, two-and-a-half months ago near the western Samarian city of Ariel, was released from Schneider Children's Hospital in Petach Tikva on Sunday. Her life is no longer in danger. She is, however, only partially conscious. Accompanied by her family, Adelle was transferred to the pediatric and youth unit of the Beit Levinstein rehabilitation facility in Ra'anana...

Baby Adelle Biton's condition has worsened and she is in critical, life threatening condition at Schneider Children's Hospital in Petach Tikva. "We regret to say that Adelle's condition is deteriorating and we ask the entire public to pray for her health," her father, Rafi, said Tuesday. Adelle should be referred to in prayers as Adelle Chaya Bat Adva. Adelle's mother, Adva, was listed in moderate to serious condition after the attack by rock-throwing murderous terrorists, which caused her car to crash into a truck. Two other daughters, Naama and Avigayil, suffered moderate wounds. The family lives in Yakir. There has...
