A manhunt continues for the people believed to have been behind the Stockton-area mass shooting that killed four and injured 11 at a child's birthday party. The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office said the attack appears to have been targeted. The ages of the victims who were killed were 8, 9, 14 and 21.
